Stephanie Fitzgerald made our house purchasing experience excellent! She brought very high level knowledge of real estate and all of the accompanying contracts to sign to the table which would make a positive experience for both new and veteran home purchasers.She also offered to have a team set up all of our utilities and has a cleaner on the way to make the home 100% move in ready. I would recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home, and I suspect she would be great at selling a home as well! The comps she gathered were well in line with market expectations and we came to a fair negotiating price below asking while keeping the full purchasing experience between buyer and seller very cordial and happy across the board with an easy transaction for both parties. 10/10

I was at lunch w some lady friends this past week and was talking to my gf about possibly purchasing an investment property.This lovely young lady who was sitting next to us, Erika Austin, overheard our conversation:She kindly introduced herself and overheard it was my birthday. Not only did she send me a lovely glass of champagne, but she gave me her business card and said if I was looking for a realtor she would love to represent me and help me find a property.I love how the universe works, not only was she such a kind person but I could tell she loves what she does!She was so enthusiastic and genuine when introducing herself. Love that!When I’m back from Europe I’ll for sure be reaching out to Miss Austin.

Erika is just wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and helpful about the property that she represent. She gets answers to all of your questions, walks you through the house easily, at your own pace, while highlighting the best features of the home. I would highly recommend Erika as your representative.
