Anitra was so helpful and with us absolutely every step of the way in the home selling process. Times vary, but she had our home under contract in less than 48 hours. The photos of the house were wonderful and the home description was excellent. I would highly recommend Ms. Babcock to anyone buying/selling a home as she is incredibly responsive, has extensive experience, and just genuinely cares about her clients. -

Anitra is hands down one of the most professional people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. She spends hours tirelessly working for her clients to make sure everything is done ethically and by the book while simultaneously making sure everyone involved has a good buying experience. She goes above and beyond for her clients and it shows. Our purchase had a hiccup, through no fault of her own, she kept us informed and up to date through it all. I wouldn’t purchase a home with anyone else except for Babcock Real Estate -

I first met Anitra Babcock in 2019 after recommendations on Facebook. My husband and I were first time home buyer’s and new to the entire process. She took us under her wing and was able to help us find the house of our dreams. Not only did we get a great home, but we also got it for a steal of a price. She walked us through each step and took away all the stress and anxiety of buying a home. Since then I have kept in contact with Anitra and she is my go to for any real estate questions I might have. It’s now 2023 and I have decided it’s time to buy a second home. My first thought is I need Anitra in my corner. She is the only one I am comfortable with and know that she will look out for my best interest. She will always have my business. 🤩🤗 -
