Highly recommended to work with Azalia!! Being the first time home buyer, there are so many things we did not know. Azalia has been giving us tremendous help in every step from house hunting to closing! Azalia listens and really understands our needs, and finds houses that we really like. We discussed a lot during house hunting, not only the pros and cons for each house, but also what potential improvement she sees if we buy the house. We are looking for the house to live, but in case we need to move and sell the house one day, we want to make sure it also has good investment value. Azalia is so knowledge and we have learned so much by working with her!! Azalia also did detailed market research and based on the analysis Azalia advised us how much to offer. With this analysis we can make decisions quickly, and feel comfortable with the offer we are signing. Azalia worked hard on the negotiation, went through the details in the contract, and got the contract signed for us!! Azalia is very resourceful, and recommended great inspector, AC service, handyman, yardman, home warranty, etc. We had a smooth closing, and even after closing, Azalia continued to help us in getting this house more comfortable to live. We and the kids are super happy to move into the new house, and we really appreciate all the hard work, insights, and help from Azalia!

We listed our home during the busiest time of the year: holiday season. Despite the external challenges and our family’s necessary adjustment period, in just under 30 days of our home being on the market Azaila was able to negotiate an offer $15k above our listing price! She gets the job done!
