Moving to Austin from the midwest seemed like a daunting task, but Jan Tucker at Austin Realty Services and Apartment Locating made it easy and simple. Not only did Jan help me find exactly what I was looking for, she took the time to deeply explain the ins and outs of the neighborhoods near UT Austin. She was extremely responsive, and made me feel like I was her only client! Jan was also able to show me apartments over FaceTime and made the leasing process extremely simple and problem free!
