What a great experience! I have worked with Andrew Holbrook & Liz Hart on three separate occasions.Andrew helped me find renters for my rental property in Tarrytown. He found me two tenants and I am so grateful to him because my house has never been unoccupied. He did everything... background checks, lease, etc. It was so easy and stress free! Very professional let alone a great guy!Liz was so great to work with as well. She helped my find my apartment in downtown Austin. The apartment I moved into wasnt available but she knew it was coming on the market and I was able to see it before anyone else. She is passionate, knowledgeable of the area and will go above and beyond to find you the perfect home!I can not recommend Andrew and Liz enough! Great Folks!!!

Jason at Austin Luxury Realty was amazing in helping us find our new rental home. He really helped us find a place that fit our budget and lifestyle. He was patient while we looked for just the right place. He would follow up with us regularly, but not be pushy. When we were unsure of something he provided us with great and honest advice. Katie Hobbs is an amazing realtor. I used to live in Austin 20 years ago and moved to California to set up my medical practice. However, I always wanted to own a house in Austin to rent out. I knew Austin housing market is a great place to invest. Katie knew exactly what I was looking for. She did her research and always kept me informed. She was very knowledgeable about Austin, its neighborhoods, its market. She grew up and went to school in Austin.She found us a great house. Beforehand, she would send me information on different houses on the market. However, when she saw our house, she knew immediately that this one was the right one for us. During the closing, she was there for all of the inspections. We closed the deal in less than 30 days. The whole process was very easy. Katie had everything under control. Her demeanor and professionalism was perfect throughout the whole process.Because we love Katie so much, we asked her to be our property manager. She has done a super job. She truly takes the stress and headaches away. Bri did a great job helping me find a place. I was very specific about what I was looking for and she was able to send over a list that curated exactly what I wanted. She also called and set up the appointment for me so that the leasing office already knew what floor plan I wanted to view. Bri took out the tedious part of apartment hunting and it helped it go a lot smoother!

I initially worked with Austin Luxury Realty over a year ago. Andrew was able to help me find an apartment that was perfect for me and he was extremely pleasant to work with. This year I went back to them to purchase a house, and worked with Andrew once again. These guys have a great understanding of the Austin market, and also close relationships with others in the business which can really help when buying a house. Andrew was very responsive during the entire process, which helped tremendously. Buying a house can be difficult enough, but Andrew made it pretty easy. I highly recommend Austin Luxury Realty to anyone looking to buy or lease in the near future.

Nicholas Nikolopoulos was incredibly helpful, and I can not recommend him and Austin Luxury Realty enough. My husband and I were staying in an AirB&B, didnt have a car, and needed to find an apartment in a matter of a few days. If it werent for Nicks help, sound advice, and generosity with his time I dont think we would have found our apartment. We couldnt be happier in our new place---the location is exactly what we wanted. Our experience with Austin Luxury Realty has exceeded our expectations in every way.

I highly recommend using Gary Smith at Austin Luxury Reality. When I moved here two years ago, I wasn’t familiar with the Austin area and was on a time crunch to find a place. I was very lucky with work with Gary in helping me find a place in a great neighborhood. When it was time to find a bigger place, I knew exactly who to call. With Austin growing as quickly as it is, the market is extremely competitive. Gary helped me out with viewing a property over my lunch break and getting an application to the place ASAP. If it werent for Garys help I wouldnt have found a great place to live in such a short amount of time.He is very knowledgeable of the competitive Austin market and is extremely helpful through the process! As the owner of a single rental property, called on Austin Luxury Realty to help me find new tenants. Andrew Holbrook was a God-send. He put the house on the MLS and handled all the showing, set up a drop box, vetted the applicants and ran background checks, and even provided all the lease and pet agreement documents that were better than the free ones Id been using. He got the house listed in the right places to the right market. His service spared me a lot of time I would have spent on Craigslist and rushing over to show the house. To me, it was well worth the commission he earned to have his support--and Austin Luxury Realty takes significantly less than most brokers, who require a full months rent. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will return for more support when my new tenants are ready to move on.

I found the perfect apartment and had an amazing experience while looking for it thanks to Michelle Albanese. She is kind and sweet, something great when you need patience and have lots of questions about what will be your future home. She also knows Austin like the palm of her hand, something that comes handy to get tips on where to eat and shop, but also which neighborhoods are better than others.Michelle had plenty of options based on our needs and she never replied back to our requirements with negatives but rather looked for better matches. The day we went to visit our short-listed options was a delight thanks to her friendliness and smart planning.To top all of this, she is very honest. She wont lie about the goods and bads of a place based on her personal interests. My husband and I loved working with her.We both look forward to working with Michelle again when buying a house and recommend her highly.

I used Nick Nikolopoulos from Austin Luxury Realty as my agent for a rental that actually was posted with 1836 realty. The mass amount of issues that I have had with 1836 are an entirely different story - However, Nick with ALR was an excellent realtor. He helped me in every step of the process of dealing with them, was extremely flexible when it came to showings, he was very quick and professional with all of his communication with me. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in Austin and truly wish that ALR is who had my home listed so that I could have avoided 1836 altogether. All in all, 5 stars for my experience with this company!

Patrick Connell went above and beyond to not only meet my expectations but exceed them. I had an extremely short time frame with specific needs that had to be met. He also asked a plethora of questions to know what I like, what my son likes and what would make us happy. He met ALL of our needs and landed me a better house than I could have expected which met all of my needs all while doing it under my max budget! Patrick has been by far the best realtor I have ever dealt with who actually cared about delivering something I would be happy and comfort with as well as being able to afford. Patrick kept me in loop at all times and even worked on my case until very late at night! When he said do not worry, I will get you that house he meant it and had my back 110%! His word holds weight which is the most important thing to have in life in my opinion especially when you are in the business of delivering expectations and promises. I was so thrilled and relived when he called me with the good news that I burst into tears...HAPPY TEARS! I would highly recommend him to absolutely anyone especially the ones closest to me because I know they will be in good hands. Patrick, thank you again for everything you did for my son and I! I recently moved from Brooklyn, NY to be with my children and their families who live here in Austin. Its a big move for a 66 year old guy who was born and raised in the Big Apple and a culture shock as well. My kids have been a tremendous help and I would be amiss if I didnt mention the help that Michelle Albanese gave me in easing into this new city. Unlike real estate people Ive dealt with in the past Michelle really took the time to get to know me and my goals as far as a place to live were concerned. Having been in Sales and Marketing for over 40 years I know the importance of listening to my clients. And Michelle did listen and understood exactly what I wanted and never showed me anything outside of my goals.
