Jason helped us sell our home and purchase our new home in the neighborhood. It was a fairly complex transaction and Jason made sure we were good to go every step of the way!There was literally a buyer at our house at 7:45 am trying to get in the day we listed our home. The photos and digital presence Jason put together sold it in less than 2 days with multiple offers. He even negotiated a lease back so we could stay in the home we sold while we remodeled the new house.The seller of the home we purchased was difficult to work with but Jason was patient and negotiated a fair price that allowed us to move in with equity from day one. He lives in the neighborhood too and will help you move!

Jason helped us both sell our old home and buy our new one in the height of this crazy housing market. He helped us think through how we could do both without ending up homeless, which was one of our big worries. He took care of all the details to make sure our home was ready to show, including bringing in a stager and getting beautiful pictures despite pouring rain outside. He always had our best interest in mind - even when we had a lowball offer from a developer and encouraged us not to settle. We ended up with a fantastic buyer with a great offer.On the buying side, hes easy company to walk through houses with. We mustve walked through 30 together, and if youre spending that much time with someone week in and week out, make sure you like their personality! He was very responsive so we could jump on seeing homes as soon as they were listed. We had been warned by other lenders that sellers may not consider a contingent offer, but Jason advocated for us, and we were picked over 3 other offers! He worked hand in hand with our lender. Communication was prompt, detailed, and thorough. We had our complete trust in Jason throughout the entire process. Hes down-to-earth, will be straightforward with you (letting us know of certain watch outs), and NEVER pushed us in a direction that wasnt what we were looking for. Thank you, Jason!

Working with Jason was the reason we got the home we absolutely wanted, as well as the home that everyone else was aiming for.It was a multiple offer situation and Jason had a plan for how we could approach the process and land the house.After looking at dozens of homes (as well as a few remote walkthroughs via facetime when we couldnt get there ourselves) the only house we made an offer on was the one we ended up in, and that was due to Jasons patience and know-how.Jason was incredibly helpful and responsive to our questions, and turned out to be a good friend of ours through the process.

Jason did what he said he would do and more. He lead us through the maze of possibilities to the exact spot we were looking for. He protected us from faulty wiring, questionable electrical and cracking foundations. He promised to never panic and he didn’t which left plenty of room for us to 😱 We asked to be out of our apartment and into our new home before June; we closed on May 12. He did exactly what he said he would do and more. Led us to our sweet little condo right in the backyard of a multi-million dollar Apple expansion. Couldn’t be happier with Jason’s dedication and professionalism 🍏
