    Michelle was absolutely great to work with! In this unprecedented time of high demand and low supply Michelle never gave up and helped us close on a home. Only after 1 round of home tours Michelle quickly dialed in the homes that best suited my preferences. Once I toured my dream home she quickly designed a competitive offer that stayed within my budget. Turns out my offer was not the highest nominal but was the best overall package. During the closing process I was away during a business trip which required her and I to communicate mainly through text and email. Michelle was there guiding me through the process and working with the lender, title, inspection and appraisal companies. Even as things became stressful (to be expected when buying a house) she handled everything professionally and promptly. I cannot recommend Michelle enough and will be spreading the good word to all my friends and family. She truly is the best in the business. If you’re in the market do yourself a favor and hire the best local expert in Austin area.

    Michelle at Air Property Group was truly exceptional during the process of selling our unique water front home in Austin. We have had a lot of experience with agents and she stood out among them all. Not only did she have our best interest in mind as far as getting top dollar for our home, but she went above and beyond. The extensive marketing and research she provided of selling our home shone through.She is exceptionally organized, detailed and thorough. Michelle is an excellent communicator and kept us well informed throughout the process. Many agents are not as not as adept in negotiation as they initially communicate to their clients. We would let Michelle negotiate on our behalf for any of our properties, personal or income-based. She had all paperwork, photos, inspections and other details scheduled and completed in a timely manner, allowing our transaction to progress without any delays. She maintained consistent follow up with all parties involved, including keeping title on track for closing.After selling dozens of properties, she understands the nuance and detail needed to complete a transaction, while keeping her clients interest and trust at the forefront.We hope to do more business with her in the future!

    Buying a home in Austin was stressful and frustrating but Michelle and her team at AIR have made it so that we could buy the home of our dreams and ensure that it was going to be an investment overtime. The difference between Michelle and other real estate agents is that Michelle will tell you the truth about whether a home is going to be a bad purchase. This is incredibly rare to find. Michelle truly cares about her clients and our experience has proven that time after time. The challenges we faced when buying a home was uplifted by her experience and expertise. I never felt pressured when it came to making decisions and comfortable enough to ask her questions. There have been times where I went a little overboard with the questions however she has responded with a lot of grace and patience (thank you, Michelle!). Her ability to understand us so well and find homes that we didn’t consider before was amazingly intuitive. Michelle knew us better than we did. I don’t see myself working with anyone else when it comes to real estate and I can’t imagine purchasing, managing, or selling a home without her help.

    Michelle was great! My mother in law in the Houston area was recently widowed and we were looking for a place for her to stay up here so she could be close to family. I contacted Michelle first thing as she was well known in our community. She went right to work and found us lots of homes that were in our range. After a couple of failed bids, we were able to score a house a half mile away from us in the same neighborhood! We couldn’t be more happy with the whole experience.     We loved working with Michelle and her team! We just relocated from the SF Bay Area and didn’t know anything about the neighborhoods here, but Michelle was right there whenever we needed a referral or advice on potential homes. Not only did she help us get into a rental, she also helped us purchase our forever home, despite a reluctant seller and a few other obstacles. She got is a GREAT price, fast close, even helped us shop around to get the best interest rate and home owners insurance pricing. We purchased our property “as is”, but her inspectors were extremely thorough so we felt comfortable with the amount of work a remodel would take. So far there haven’t been any surprises because her guys were that good during the inspections! If you are relocating to Austin, I highly recommend AIR Property, a team you can really trust to make the transition (especially during this crazy pandemic time) smooth and easy.

    Michelle and Sara were wonderful. We moved to the Austin area about a year ago. Michelle helped us find our rental when we first moved. She is very knowledgeable about the areas of Austin and the surrounding cities. This was invaluable to our family as we were brand new to the area. After a year of renting we decided it was time to buy. Sara was incredibly flexible when it came to our showings. Sara was also patient when we wanted spend extra time. One thing that stands out is how focused both Sara and Michelle were on our specific requirements. They were willing to do research when we had questions about the future development of an area, easements and the like.We looked all over the place at many different types of properties and we finally landed on one we loved. Just before closing we happened to meet the sellers, one of which was a real estate agent. She told us that the reason they accepted our offer, there were many and ours was not the highest, was because the offer was well organized and clean. Now we are in our dream house and we can’t thank the whole team at Air Property Group enough!

    Im being 100% honest with my words below. Michelle and her team run a 5-star A+ caliber operation. She is highly organized, knowledgeable, forward-thinking, objective and most of all, I trust her 100% (trust me, I dont say that often but she and her team have earned every bit of it).She was on top of everything from the start (education about Austin area, home buying process, etc.) to the finish (closing, renting, management) and beyond. I went through my first home buying experience and she took the extra time and effort to put in the work to make the client experience amazing.I would HIGHLY recommend AIR Property, Michelle and her team to anyone looking to purchase or invest in the Austin area.Full caveat, Ive talked to a dozen plus real estate investment firms and brokers in cities across the USA and AIR Property is by far the best in class.
