Bob helped us navigate a very difficult closing process on a tricky foreclosed home. He was able to negotiate a purchase price below market, and got additional reductions based on the inspection findings. At no time did I feel I was using a discount realtor. Quite the opposite, despite the challenges I feel Bob has been the most responsive and helpful realtor Ive ever worked with.

Bob was great to work with. As a first time home buyer I was unfamiliar with the process but he was there to answer any questions I had and provided valuable advice. I chose Austin Discount Realty for two reasons, one, the discount on the rate and the other was the fact that Bob actually lived a few houses down from the house I was selling, which sadly was my deceased fathers house. Bob went above and beyond to help us out with preparing the home for sale. We live an hour and a half away, so he would walk over and take the trash cans in, or once during a freeze, he went over and turned on the water and checked on the house. He also met Salvation Army pick up team and in general kept an eye on the home for us. This kind of service is pretty much non existant today. He watched the market and talked us through our options to price the home right to maximize our listing price but without overpricing it so that it just sat on the market for months on end. We had two offers in the very first two days after the listing went live. By day three, we had accepted an really good offer and the home sold within 30 days. Thanks Bob! Couldnt have done it without you! Ask your new neighbor to let you send the seller some pics of what shes done to the place. LOL!
