Best realtor ever! Keri assisted us in selling our home and in the purchase of our new build. Selling the home was a BREEZE, thanks to Keri. The purchase of the new home, not so much - due to the builders. Keri knows her stuff. She did a fantastic job of helping stage our home for pictures and walk through, pointing out things that needed to be addressed. We had 5 offers the first day, and she helped us work through them and pick the best fit, as well as dealing with the inspection report with the buyer. She also represented us as we worked with the builder during our new home construction. She helped us navigate the very tricky waters of timing the existing home sale and new home construction/purchase and move-in dates.Where it got really interesting was the week of close. Hurricane Harvey was in town. We noticed some water leakage in our roof (relatively new roof with high-quality shingles). Panic set in. Everything was in jeopardy. Keri helped us work through this difficult situation, both managing the situation and working with the potential buyer. We identified root cause (roof was fine, it was an AC roof vent that needed to be reset), got the necessary repairs , resolved all concerns with the buyer, and the sale went through. The logistical and emotional support Keri gave through this ordeal was absolutely essential. The whole deal might have fallen through without her.Keri is a top seller for good reason. Buying and selling a home can be a very unpredictable and emotionally exhausting experience. You want someone at the wheel that is expert at dealing with whatever gets thrown at you. Keri is that person!
