Shay is the reason I have a home, after over a year of searching and frustration. When I first met her, she brought documents that helped me understand the current market, and she took the list of “wants/needs” I gave her to heart. Every home was vetted, and my time was never wasted. I contacted Shay more often than she probably anticipated, yet she was always patient and kind and helpful with her advice, explanations and perspective. I am not comfortable with technology or all the complicated digital processes that went with buying a home, but Shay went out of her way to guide me and make it easier. I am so grateful that I was introduced to her. She has been more than a realtor in this process and I would recommend her to anyone who has been searching for a home in this challenging market.
