Rodney at Austin Absolute Realty is hands down the best. While we all know selling a home is a business transaction. Rodney goes above and beyond to bring the personal side out in an amazing way. Not only do you feel like family and someone is truly looking out for you, but you end up leaving the whole situation with a legitimate new friend from the entire process. With his attention to detail on your property to the process itself, you get an individual who is not just the best in his profession, but someone who fights to the bone for you. This also includes pure honesty which is not normal these days. Rodney was always upfront with us even if we needed to hear the not so great news. At the end of the day, there is a great deal of realtors and companies to choose from. However what is really hard to find are the ones willing to truly commit to you with their time, honesty and hard work that goes into properly marketing your home to sell. What also speaks volume is we moved out of state, Rodney had no reason to worry about our next move, yet he did. He found a realtor he felt had similar if not the same values as he does. Due to this he set us up with a fantastic lady that took great care of us. However, it didnt end there. Rodney even checked in with that realtor to ensure she kept up with the level of customer care he requires from anyone, including himself. Over all I hope people find this review of some help. Let us all remember that when we sell or buy or both it is an extremely stressful event for an individual or family. Rodney is the only reason we kept our sanity. This is also where you say enough and just reach out to him to help you in your next journey of life when it comes to real estate.

Rodney was great! Super friendly and easy to talk to. Has an army of contractors that he can hook you up with. He was always prompt to show up for appointments, respond to texts, and send proactive emails when he found properties we might be interested. When we moved down to Austin, TX 6 months ago, Rodney came highly recommended by our previous agent back in MA. We have high expectations and Rodney delivered on every one of them. He found us some great properties to tour, was able to provide insights on neighborhoods and school systems that another agent we initially toured with could not provide. He is a good listener, patient and excellent negotiator. We ultimately got a great piece of land with a view of Lake Travis for several thousands less than the nearest comps!
