Kara was an absolute pleasure to work with - we could not have asked for a better realtor to help us find our new home! We were looking for a rental house or townhouse, so it was a short timeline from when we could actively start looking to when we wanted to move in, but Kara was on top of it and took that timeline in stride. Kara was transparent and maintained communication with us throughout the process, and it was clear that she listened to us and what we were looking for when selecting properties for us to review and visit. We really appreciated that Kara handled all the communication with landlords’ realtors, too, so all we had to do was meet her to tour the properties. She was quick to arrange these tours, one even being same day (and ultimately where we chose to sign a lease!) because she knew it would go fast and encouraged us to visit ASAP. We highly recommend working with Kara and look forward to working with her again when we’re ready to buy our own home!

My husband and I were first time home buyers, and I am so grateful that we got to work with Kara Zielinski. She is a fantastic realtor. She took time to answer our numerous questions (sometimes more than once) and really explained the home buying process in a way that was easy for us to understand. Kara put our needs and interests first, and you can tell she really cares about making sure her clients are taken care of properly. Working with a realtor we could rely on was of the utmost importance to us, and Kara’s trustworthiness and open communication style took a lot of stress out of the buying process. She made time to work around our hectic work schedules, including meeting us at 7:30 PM to look at and discuss houses we had already seen, as well as meeting us on a holiday weekend. She reviewed our financing documents for accuracy and was always quick to respond to our texts. She also negotiated an amazing deal with the selling agent, which greatly benefitted us. When we are looking to sell/buy in the future, we will definitely be reaching out to her again.

Kara was fantastic through the whole process! We were first time home buyers and admittedly didnt know very much about buying a house. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very accommodating of our projected timeline. Would highly recommend for any realty needs!!

Kara is an absolute queen of a realtor. She has now helped us twice on finding a place to rent. This most recent time she helped us we where very picky as well as went back and forth on what we wanted. She week after week went through and scheduled tours for us. The one that we ultimately went for she met us same day at the townhome! Will be calling her with enthusiasm next time we need to find a place to buy or rent!!

Kara was absolutely phenomenal in helping me with my search. I had stopped working with all other agents due to a lack of quality, but Kara was very personalized in her search and was flexible when my needs shifted! She helped me find my new home at Magnolia Station even when I was out of town by going to the property herself and giving me a video tour of the unit. I would highly Recommend Kara for anyone looking for a real estate agent!
