We were extremely happy working with Evie on our recent move back to Texas. House hunting from out of state is nerve-wracking, but Evie helped tremendously by guiding us through video tours and giving us a good sense of the condition of the houses we saw remotely. She was very thorough describing each room and understood our preferences as well as providing valuable personal insight. When I flew into Austin to do showings in person, Evie was there every step of the way, accommodating transportation for the duration of the visit. We were also very grateful to have Evie in our corner while negotiating the contract, there were a lot of aspects to consider and Evie always had our best legal interest in mind. After finally closing on our new home, Evie ensured it was not only in good condition, but followed up after the move to make sure things were going well which was much appreciated. Evie is the best and we couldnt recommend her enough!

I was referred to Evie by a friend after being dissatisfied with another realtor who didn’t have time for me. I started working with Evie that afternoon. I was a first time home buyer and was impressed with how she represented me, explained things and made sure I was comfortable. We went through the process of whether to build or buy and I learned so much! I made an offer on my current home in 3 weeks time! Evie was wonderful with any questions I had and still is. She’s native Texan, knows Austin and thereabouts thoroughly and I will always refer Evie because she made such a difference for me.

Evie did a great job with getting our house on the market quickly and timely for us to sell at the price we wanted. She went above and beyond organizing open house views as much as possible and kept us well informed of interested buyers. She made the house selling process easy and seamless!
