I Leased with Aaron Areche! He was super friendly, professional and helpful! This property is beautiful and clean inside and out! I can’t wait to start my new life here with my daughter! Diana The business manager worked so hard for me as well going above and beyond. Overall Amazing office staff and management!

I have been a long-time visitor and am now a tenent at Aspire at Tampico. I have seen major improvements recently and it has been due to the great efforts of the staff and maintenance crew. Angelina, Jasmine, and Desiray have done a great job of managing the apartments and Adolf, Kevin and Josue have made great improvements to the cleanliness of the property. The property is located in a centralized area of San Antonio, which is great for those who want a more convenient travel time to the great variety of places San Antonio has to offer. The apartments themselves are modern and clean, with stainless steel appliances and great lighting. We have never had any issues with roaches or other pests. Overall, these apartments are a great option for those looking for an affordable, modern and a centrally located place to call home!

Recently Aspire at Tampico has made huge improvements in such a short period of time. So much that my family & I have decided to renew our lease for another year. As overwhelming as running a leasing property may be, I would like to take the time to thank Angelina the property manager, the assistant manager Jasmine, receptionist Desiray, & former leasing agent Justin for taking the time to always being supportive, accommodating, keeping the lines of communication open, and addressing any & all concerns in a timely manner. They work diligently & tirelessly to improve, & maintain the property for our community and its members. Examples include; great concessions at the beginning of your lease, recommendations for other properties should you choose to relocate, & especially for creating a warm & welcoming environment every time you step into their leasing office. Don’t forget Bertha doing community outreach during the week. The apartment themselves are cozy, have a unique style with their layouts, & modern designs. This includes stainless steel appliances such as the stove, fridge, dish washer, hard laminate floors, washer/dryer, spacious closets, & a well designed bathroom. We have not experienced any problems with roaches, bugs, etc… After it rains the river behind the property flows elegantly, & provides the comforting sound of a flowing body of water. Being so close to the highway also provides convenience, & a bustling feel to the development of the area. Soon the property will provide a connection to the city trail located behind the property. Parking is never an issue, and is maintained through a third-party website for the residents, & their guests. They also have family, & pet-friendly events, & functions for the residents of our community such as pool parties, a door decorating contest for Halloween, food trucks, Kona ice cream trucks to name a few. Management should get the credit for correctly selecting the new maintenance crew. For a time the trash areas, elevators, hallways, picnic, pool, dog, & general areas were a disaster!! These areas were not clean, & at times smelled badly. That credit goes to the new maintenance crew who are doing a superb job cleaning up, & maintaining our community. They are led by our supervisor Adolf, groundskeeper Kevin, work orders are handled by Josue, and until he moved on to another opportunity, Rene did a great job as well. The maintenance crew are quickly building a reputation for of taking care of our community & their members. Because of their efforts these gentlemen have turned the property around and created a well kept environment. It again feels like a little hidden resort of a getaway-gem!! Combine this with being around a mile from downtown & the Riverwalk, affords us the opportunity to enjoy the convenience of being located centrally & to the events of the area. For the most part the residents are friendly, theft hasn’t been an issue, & security in general has also improved namely the automatic gates for the residents. We are very thankful for their service to our community and will continue to live here at Tampico!!Thank you very much,Rodrigo, & Bambi!!

We are going into another season here @ the apartments, I don’t have an issue with staff. They answer all my questions and are helpful. Mondays and Fridays we have Bertha that comes into the lobby to assist with resources and activities for the residence.Very friendly and helpful. My apartment is very nice still and maintained. No issues with maintenance and from time to time,I have had issues with residents….resolved. I don’t have issues with parking but my guest sometimes do but they eventually find parking. Again as I have mentioned halls and staircase still look horrible,and sometimes elevators,also dog poop. It’s the residence that don’t pick up after themselves. So please do we are not children! We are adults and it’s not the management offices duty either. God is still Good!

Besides the parking situation, this place is a good property in my opinion. They tell you everything up front, apartments are new, appliances work. I submitted a maintenance request and they had my request taken care of not even 2 hours after submitting. I haven’t had any issues with a/c or temp or neighbors etc. everyone does their own thing and staff is there when needed.If they could get more street parking though or visitor parking that would be great but besides that everything is really good at this property.

Hi I was wondering if it would be worth for me to move to these apartments. I have a housing choice voucher and there are not to many options for apartments that accept sec 8. It seems like living downtown might be a good option being there will be things to do in the area. I hear alot if good reviews about this apartment.

We have been here since August 2022 and we plan to stay, apartments are Beautiful inside, they come fully loaded! The swimming area and other spots around the apartments to relax are great, Barbecue pits are available and smokers! Tho the hallways are dirty, stairways and elevators( due to residence) , gates stay broken( walk in/out) some not all but now from time to time the drive in/out gate(only one that ever gets fixed) but that gets fixed pretty quick, office staff is wonderful, parking is not bad they have handicapped available but can’t really have anyone come over due to parking is limited (outside) only residents are allowed to park inside, if not you will get towed away! It’s not a noisy place either so we have our pros and cons but the pros out weight the cons! We are HAPPY! We do recommend our apartments! God is Good!

Toured this gorgeous community with my daughter this morning. It was such a pleasant visit. The manager attended to us immediately with great positive energy & a friendly smile. Leasing specialists gave us a tour. I love the costumer service they both provided. GREAT JOB ladies!! I would give them both 10⭐️ but it onlyallows me to give 5. Edit: unfortunately life has not been great for me and Im getting evicted but management was nothing but wonderful. They worked with me the best they could while I got back on my feet and was very understanding of the hardship. However I couldnt pull through, they are the best management Ive ever had renting.Leased with Charlotte (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and so far only been here a couple days and Im in love!! The parking is first come first serve which I dont have an issue with as Im gone at night anyways lolThe apartments are a bit on the expensive side(depending on your income) but in my opinion its worth it!Washer and dryer work great, neighbors are extremely nice and friendly! I didnt even know they had a small dog park which it is in the wording, small but enough space to let the dogs do their business off leash. The pool is gorgeous and well taken care of! Very pretty plants and plush fake grass.This complex is very wheelchair friendly, as somebody who uses a wheelchair part time, this was important to me. Dish washer works very well(let it cycle without anything first to clean the pipes out). There is a train right by the complex, fair warning if ya dont Ike the noise, everything else is pretty quiet, maybe the occasional dog barking but thats fine as I have 3 of my own! The view from my window is great and I get to see a small stream with a waterfall ish 😂No bugs or mold or any issues so far! Ill update later if anything changes.Btw management is super nice (if they dont answer the phone its because they are super busy)

The people at these apartments are so nice and supportive! I have seen multiple apartments and the people in this leasing office were by far the kindest and most helpful people I know. I really appreciate the lady in the office I had a billion questions and kept changing my mind and she never once showed any frustration.

Out of all the leasing offices my roommate and I attended the one that we most enjoyed and felt at home in was the one at Aspire at Tampico. We owe that to Aaron Areche, he made our experience so unforgettable we came back and ended up choosing our new home. We owe that to Aaron Areche’s kindness, charisma, patience, and friendliness. We feel at home here and we feel blessed to know we have a friend we can count on at the office.

The truth is, I feel very comfortable, the manager always solves everything, Jazmín, her assistant is also incredible, the maintenance staff fixed everything that was wrong, there is security at night, a clean pool, private parking, they always clean, everything always works and that is incredible, I feel happy to be a resident of Aspire at Tampico. Totally recommended.
