Never have any issues as far as work orders go. AC went out and they had someone here within the hour to fix it. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. If we have to come back to fort hood would definitely rent with them again.

This is the third rental group Ive worked with in the Killeen area (PCS/deployment/etc), and so far, unquestionably the best. I viewed one of their properties with an employee (Gary), who showed me the house and the surrounding neighborhood. When I went back to the office over the next several days, I was always treated with great friendliness and respect by all the staff (like a human should be treated), and not as just another potential client with a hundred others like me ready to take my place should I bail. Gary again came after work on his own time to complete the initial home inspection sheet with me so I wouldnt be charged for things I hadnt done upon move-out that I might have missed on my own. We discovered the AC unit wasnt working, and he texted the repair guy who was literally at the house a half hour later and got it operational (and checked out the filter in the furnace/fan as well).This has been nothing but a refreshing and pleasant experience so far. The only downside is because they arent a massive corporation hell bent on world domination, they do not have any type of internet portal for automatic bill pay, but I just have my bank mail them a monthly cashiers check and everythings fine. Ill update this review if I have any issues when moving out.When I inevitably end up back at Fort Hood, I will look to use this company again first.

Awesome people. Really know how to make you feel like family. They actually care , and you can tell. So glad to be one part of thier rental family.
