Ashli was wonderful to work with. She was very diligent in helping us with our search. She was willing to work with us while we explored a number of neighborhoods and price options. She was very easy to communicate with and was always responsive. Once we made an offer, she was so on top of the process. I think she cared about making sure all went smoothly more than I did. I would strongly recommend her. Shes a great agent and also a nice person to spend time with as youre searching for your home.

We recently relocated from Chicago to Dallas and weren’t sure what part of the metroplex we wanted to settle down in. Ashli was patient as we explored so many options and left no stone unturned. Every step of the way, Ashli was always positive and encouraged us to consider neighborhoods not originally on our radar. She was also very responsive - day or night, weekday or weekend, she was a quick text away. She was also able to squeeze a lot of showings into our weekends and optimized our time together. We finally found “the one” thanks to Ashli!

Ashli did an amazing job and I cant wait to work with her again. She was there every step of the way: We had been in talks for months about when the right time to list the property would be and what I needed to do to get it ready. After we listed it, she generated 20+ offers within 48 hours and was great about communicating every step of the process. We eventually sold the property for above list price and I made a nice profit on the property. I cannot wait to work with her again.

Ashli both sold a house to us and listed and sold another house for us. She is a very experienced agent who goes all out to help you. She was super dependable and knowledgeable. She is super sweet, patient, and A joy to work with. We appreciated her so much throughout the entire process. We worked with her during these trying times with the virus and Ashli was able to still find ways to get our house sold in less than a week. That was amazing to us. I have worked with Ashli now two times and both times I was so pleased. I used her for both listing my home, and purchasing a new one.She was not only efficient, dedicated and prompt to respond, but was very diligent to followup on prospective leads, and set up appointments quickly. She was so knowledgeable about the areas we looked, did research to present to me with pros and cons and provided lots of valuable feedback for me to take into consideration. She was always available to show new, interested properties that just hit the market, as well as solicited quite a few hip pocket listings prior to them becoming active.She encouraged me to go ahead and list in an off market prior to spring market becoming very active, and we not only sold my house in 3 DAYS, but got multiple offers and ended up selling over asking price.The entire process of very easy and I recommend her highly. I not only found her to be so pleasant to work with, but really enjoyed my experience working with her!
