As a family of four who relocated to Dallas, Ashley could not have been a better partner for us in finding our home. Ashley was patient, creative and has a great pulse on many different neighborhoods, which included a number of off-market listings and early access showings. She was patient with us and really exceled in the negotiation part of the process and made our home purchasing very easy and stress free. We are lucky to have had the chance to work together, would absolutely recommend.

My husband and I had searched exhaustively on our own around Dallas using all the typical home search sites unsuccessfully for nearly 18 months, even submitting several unsuccessful offers. Once we started working with The Mooney Group, we realized how many doors Ashley was able to open and valuable insight she was able to provide. Ashley started sending us market reports, set up a full dashboard of houses that fit our price profile and checked all the boxes, and set up and guided us through showings of both marketed and off-market homes. Once we found the house we wanted to move forward on, Ashley worked with us to quickly develop a strong offer with a quick close and seller’s leaseback. In a short option period of only four days Ashley arranged inspections and coordinated with the seller’s agent, ultimately using the inspections to reduce the sales price by 4%. Once our offer was accepted, Ashley coordinated meeting with contractors and title and made the whole process extremely easy on our end.
