Ashley and team (Nicole, Chelsea, Katherine) are the BEST! In a city filled with realtors, we turned down working with friends, coworkers, and family to work with Ashley and her team of experts.I knew the first time I spoke with Ashley that she was a smart and experienced real estate agent who has a solid understanding of the home buying and selling process with analytics to back up her decisions and recommendations. During our home buying and selling process, Ashley was beyond patient with us. When we found our dream home that was slightly out of budget, we were hesitant to put in a low offer. Instead of giving up and moving on, Ashley hopped on the phone and negotiated a deal with the seller’s agent – we are so grateful that we get to call this house our home now. Afterwards, we listed our first home and Ashley and her entire team moved quickly to get it staged, photographed, and listed (and let me just say the listing photos and write-up are high quality). When we had questions about the area comps, Ashley was more than happy to pull different data sets for us to compare, she was transparent in sharing the numbers, and she spent time explaining to us the pros and cons for us to land on a listing price. During the negotiation process, Ashley advocated for us even when we were willing to give up, and she ultimately got the best value for our house in the current market – we couldn’t be happier. Ashley understands data and analytics while also looking at it through a personable lens, which is the perfect skillset for a successful realtor. Its hard to articulate how whole-heartedly I recommend Ashley as an agent! I had worked with four agents before her: two in LA and two in Austin. Some of them were extremely successful and all lovely people but Ashley is cut above. I felt 100% taken care of at every turn and 0% pressured at any point. She and her whole team (shout out to Nicole and Chelsea!) are so quick to respond that you feel like their only client. I got the first house I went for because of the offer she helped me craft. Once I was under contract, I was connected to a wonderful network of individuals of inspectors, lenders, insurance brokers, etc. Ashley has a guy or gal for literally everything and theyre all just as professional, sharp and warm as she is. She walked a perfect line of advocacy for me in negotiations - not too aggressive but firm enough so as not to leave anything on the table - and I got the concessions I hoped for. It was daunting to start the process as a single mom juggling so many responsibilities without a partner to bounce things off of but in the end, I didnt feel alone in the least because Ashley and team were there for every single question/concern/clarification no matter how large or small. With some other agents, I sensed an element of desperation, that I was more of a lead to convert than a mother looking to find the perfect home for her and her daughter which always led to a lack of trust for me. Ashleys doing just fine in her career, she didnt neeed my business and that made me trust that she had my best interest at heart. Its kind of like a relationship - who wants a needy or pushy partner? Not me but this is one long-term relationship Im happy to be in. Ill work with Ashley on my next house without hesitation and look forward to leaning on her for referrals and attending her creative, fun client appreciation events in the interim.

When we found a home we wanted to put an offer on, she was on vacation but still dropped everything to help us win the house! We only put an offer on once house and it was accepted within the week over multiple other offers. The process was seamless and Ashley and her team made it so easy for us! As a retired Engineering Director, I can highly recommend Ashley and her agency “Ashley Austin Homes”. She sold our home the first weekend it was up for sale for slightly more than the asking price. In fact, she had several offers for consideration. When she puts a home up for sale, she does a lot of behind the scene analytics work. These processes take into consideration numerous relevant factors to determine potential sale prices. She then works with her client to determine the final listing price. Ashley’s application of analytics gives her a leg up on the competition.Ashley stays closely in touch with her client throughout the sales process, which today is very complex with numerous key milestones. When she needs to be, she is a very savvy negotiator and has likely had professional training in this discipline. She is good at reading people and understanding the needs of her customers. Any future customer will certainly appreciate these valuable skills and her likeable personality.
