Katie was amazing!! We were referred to her by a friend and it was the best decision we made to have her help us find our new home. Katie was very responsive and knew after the first time meeting us what was important to us and really was able to show us houses that she though we would be interested in. We felt like we made a friend through this process and never felt like we where being pressured. She guided us every step of the way and never left our side. I never had any problems and she kept the house occupied by renters without much loss due to turnover. I cannot say enough great things about Ashby Real Estate!! Katie, Michael and Charles are amazing people without a doubt. They kept me updated with every step in my home buying process. The previous home owners left a huge mess on the property when they left that caused a huge amount of stress on my family trying to move in. Most realtors would have walked away after the deal was done... Not the Ashby Real Estate team!! They never left our side and even showed up to help out. Tell me what other realtor would do this?? Not a single one. These folks are truly great people with big hearts that really care about their customers. If you want to have a great experience buying or selling, this is the only place to go.

I went to Ashby real estate, after finding another company responded to me via text. They actually answer phone calls and communicate with the person wether it is for rental assistance, home buying and in my case, selling. They were very accommodating to the random schedule I work. I was never kept in the dark with any situation. However with any market, I was guided in the process to make my property still a contender for a hopeful prospect to buy. Had a buyer lined up and I was guided through all the process to get the deal done. So if you are wanting a real person to get you into a rental, buy a house, or even sell a house, THIS is the place in Jarrell that will get you lined up. Major props to Katie getting me through the whole process, even with the unexpected hiccups that can go wrong with a deal, she kept me informed of the most up to date. Definitely recommend!
