This has been by far the BEST home buying experience! Bonnie Burkett was our realtor. My husband found a house for sale & we absolutely loved this house. My husband contacted Bonnie at TEN o’clock that evening & Bonnie got to work. The next day the house we loved went under contract. We were devastated & stopped looking. It went from month prep (declutter, some new flooring, some new light fixtures, some new ceiling fans, and painting), to Tues staging, to Wed photography, to Fri MLS listing, to Sat Sun Open House, to Mon offer (99.6% of our asking), to Tue contract. So 4 days from listing to contract. And they helped with other things too (all free!) - borrowed power washer to clean house and driveway, and borrowed their moving truck. Having never sold a home, I was more than nervous about the process. Before hiring Jennifer Shahry to represent me I reached out to several other agents. Many seemed good, however Jennifer answered my questions in detail, even providing some advice that I hadn’t asked for.
