April was fantastic to work with. We used her for both buying our new home and selling our old one. There were times when I became frustrated during the buying process but she was always there to guide me and assure me that everything was going to be fine. We closed on time and love our new house. Our previous home sold within 1 week of being listed. April made sure the listing picture were good quality and we were surprised with how fast the house sold. April will get the job done! We are very thankful for everything she did on both transactions!

This was the first time for me and my wife to sell a home, so we had lots of questions at every stage of the process. April was always there with the answer! She never failed to thoroughly explain the various options and give suggestions based on her many experiences as a realtor. I was setup with a realtor around May or June timeframe with another company and I spoke with that realtor once over a four month span. So, I begin to do my own research and call builders myself. I ended up calling a company that was out of Georgia and they had April Landes reach out to me, and I tell you God definitely knew who to send. April was professional and very on point with her business. She immediately got me setup through their home listings that met the criteria I was looking for and asked me to mark homes that I was interested in. She also introduced me to a wonderful financial planner Cody Lorance who took very good care of me every step of the way. Me and Aprils schedule was just a hit or miss for about a month, so I just said ok, I have to make time. We started at 9 am on a Saturday and on Sunday evening I had my home. My process from beginning to end was easy. If I had questions or concerns she already had an answer or she was able to get me an answer within hours, if not the next day. I also think my process was easy because I was specific about what I was looking for and if I had to alter a few things she accommodated my needs. Even during inspections and minor or major concerns. Buying a home with a newborn is stressful! But April relieved so much of that stress and worry. She walked us through each step right up to closing. The facts: April Landes is the best realtor we have ever worked with. Our family has moved over a dozen times, across seven states, and she stands head and shoulders above every agent we’ve ever had. April got to know us, getting our feedback on each house we saw so she could refine our search. She was professional, responsive, and worked tirelessly, supporting us from that first handshake hello to closing day (and more!).The specifics: My parents were retiring from central Arkansas to Texarkana, so I contacted April to find them their forever home. Essentially, she was working with two families instead of one: my husband and me as the local contacts and my parents living two hours away. With the housing options being so different between my parents’ current town and Texarkana, the initial wish list and price point given to April changed several times. She rolled with every new “must have” and every forgotten “we don’t want” thrown at her. She enabled my husband and I to do walk-throughs of houses via FaceTime with my parents, then scheduled second viewings for the ones they decided to see in person. April was a great realtor to have when my husband and I were searching for our first home together! She paid attention to what we liked and disliked and did her best to seek out the best matches for us to view. She even reminded me to slow down and not stress when houses were selling faster than we could look at them. I’m glad we waited for the right one to come along. When it did, April helped us act quickly and get through all the steps as smoothly as possible. I was especially touched by how personable she was. When she heard that we had to put our dog down in the middle of house hunting, she was kind enough to deliver a sympathy card and gift to our apartment. She was was almost just as excited as we were about the new house when we moved in!
