My husband and I cannot express what an excellent realtor Trina Hoffland is.. she went above and way beyond and even back again for us. When she listed our home in Jacobs Reserve she knew we had to get top dollar for it because of all of the improvements we had made within the short 11 months we owned it but since she believed in our home and these improvements she went for it! We got two full price offers within 2 weeks! We know it had a lot to do with her tasteful staging, gorgeous professional pictures and pamphlets / advertising. Since Trina resides in JR and loves and is very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and area do not hesitate to give her a call if you are thinking of listing your home! We had an outstanding experience selling our home with Ann. This is our third home sale and it was by far the most satisfactory.
