Anna Soto helped me by providing a price analysis of the value of my home in Clovis NM. She shared how she came up with that number, discussed repairs I needed to make on my home, and we also discussed what upgrades I can make to help sell my home faster and for the best price. However, in the end I decided not to sell my home at this time & she was so understanding. On top of that, she gave me some great real estate advice. My experience with Anna was amazing and I will be recommending her to all my friends and family.

I had talked to Anna several times about viewing homes and getting a new mortgage loan. She was always super helpful and gave honest recommendations. But, I had given up and decided to wait about a year to get a new home since we had a new baby on the way and because COVID was slowing things down. Well Anna later messaged me about a house that the owner was trying to sell. I don’t believe Anna earned any commission on this sale, but she still showed us the house a couple of times and got us in contact with the right people that could make the deal happen. When I first started thinking about selling our home. I had noticed Anna on Social Media and knew she would be the best person to sell it. The first time she came she was very honest and told us what we needed to do in order to sell. We decided not to at the time. Fast forward a year and half later when the market is crazy. We called her back to see what we could get now. 15 minutes after she left our house she already had someone who wanted to see the home before it hit the market. Later that day we had a full price offer. Well things didn’t work out with the buyer due to lending issues out of our control. Anna again stepped up and found a buyer and we had another full price offer the same day the other one cancelled. We closed in under 2 weeks! Not only did she sell our home fast, she found us the home of our dreams and growing family! She did whatever it took for us to get what we wanted. She was very honest and open about how the market is right now.I remember my husband asking me in the beginning why Anna? (We didn’t have much luck with our realtor 6 years ago, so we were hesitant) I told him, because she will get it done fast, I’ve been watching her for a while. Boy, was I right! :)
