We are just beginning our venture, but I can already say that Anna is fabulous! She sat with us for 2 hours and answered questions we didnt even know we had. She listened to what we said and also managed to hear what wasnt said.

Anna was amazing to work with! I approached her as she helped my mother purchase her home and if she was fully happy with Anna, I had to try her out. I approached her with a “thought in mind” on selling our home to purchase a new one but I was not sure. I was upfront with her that I did not want to waste her time, however she took every bit of note in mind of what we were looking for and literally found exactly what we needed. I was almost sure we’d have to wait months to do a new build, but because of Anna, she found a ready to go new home with the exact floor plan we wanted AND MORE than we would have imagined! We did everything literally in 6 weeks from start to finish. I did not think this would happen! Anna is amazing and I’d recommend her a million times over and over! THANK YOU ANNA!

Anna Ray literally gave us hope when we were ready to throw in the towel after a HORRIBLE experience with another realtor. I was introduced to Anna Ray on 01/29/21 through my loan officer. She took us out that Saturday and Sunday to view homes and made sure to ask several questions in between each to learn what we liked/didn’t like. We found a brand new home on 01/31/21 that we loved and put down a deposit. Well, we’re set to close on the home tomorrow 02/26/21. Literally met her, found a home and closed all in less than 30 days!She took the time to answer ALL of our questions as first time home buyers. She reviewed the builder contract for us before we even signed to make sure we understood everything and there were no hidden surprises. She was able to get the price of the home lowered after the appraisal came back lower than the purchase price. I mean she was all around AMAZING. Like seriously regardless of how you come across her don’t keep searching for anyone else because she’s all you’ll need. The experience I had with Anna Ray and her team has literally been night and day compared to the previous realtor I had been working with. Anna Ray and her team are incredible. We were referred by a family friend, and couldnt be happier with the experience. First, she helped us find a rental property from out of state so we had a place to call home when we arrived in town. Her team was very thorough with virtual tours, even letting us know about weird smells and sticking their arms into kitchen cabinets to measure how deep they were. Amazing!When we were ready to buy a house, we knew it was going to be a great experience. Purchasing a home in DFW is crazy right now, but Anna Ray and her team made it a breeze. She was very flexible in looking at any homes we wanted to see, and offered great feedback as we assessed our options. She answered all of our questions and was very thorough in walking us through the entire process, which is intimidating for a first-time homebuyer. Her knowledge and experience made us feel confident in our decision. Even when we started to get discouraged, she assured us that when you know, you know. She was right! This is long overdue. Anna assisted my wife and I in buying our first home together. It was clear from the first conversation that she not only wanted to talk business but to also personally get to know us so that we could find the home that really suited us. She took the time message, call, and assist at seemingly any time of the day on any day of the week. She has a level of commitment that we truly appreciated.In the end, we had a special case in which we found our perfect first home but had literally hours. Having never done this before, my wife and I had a lot of stress and pressure to get everything done right. I chose Anna because I was looking for a great communicator, and thats exactly what I got. Many realtors tend to set up an automated search and let that do the work. She set that up for me, but texted me when a specific property looked unusually promising. The first time she sent one of these to me, it was exactly what I was looking for (but had overlooked) - and she helped me strategize adequately to get it! Im living there now! And she and her team were incredibly helpful all through the purchase process - through closing and beyond. They remained upbeat and skilled communicators. I really feel like Ive made a friend.
