We relocated from Indiana to Texas. I flew out for a whirl wind weekend of house hunting with Angie. She was lovely. She would pick me up from my hotel every day around 8 am, which I learned later was like 1.5-2 hours from where she lived, and we would look at 8+ houses in a day. We did this for 2-3 days until we finally landed on one! It was a great experience for us working with her. She had many contacts to help us paint our house and get some other things in order before we moved in.

After taking the house off the market I started getting a bunch of calls from different realtors wanting to help out but I had lost hope and I happened to answer one of those calls and it was Angie she gave me hope and she was the best. We went through a lot of bumps throughout the whole process but she was always there. If we were to sell again I wouldn’t hesitate to have her as my realtor.

Where to even start?Angie Farish is TOP notch. I’m sure she is fabulous for seasoned buyers as well, but as new home buyers, Angie was exactly what we hoped and prayed for (because we were so clueless).She consistently walked us through the process with helpful tips, consistent communication, and always looking out for our best interests.To put it simply, she had our backs. If we were talking to a lender and they were throwing out terms we weren’t familiar with, she interjected and explained before they went on. If we forgot something, she remembered. If we were oblivious to what a lender or other party was trying to tell us, she was the aggressor that GOT. STUFF. DONE.She listened to our fears, calmed them, and reassured us along the way that it would all work out. I thought realtors just find your house, but there is so much more. The paperwork, phone calls, research, and coordinating she did — a full time job for sure. I seriously learned what a good realtor is because of Mrs. Farish.All the annoying calls to the lender, all the appointment coordinating, all the bargaining and fighting for deals and good numbers. She did that for us, and still remembered not to call me until my babies’ nap-time. She even took notes about their nap-time because she didn’t want to call me when I was busy or playing with them.She is an excellent communicator, which was very important to us. If she couldn’t pick up the phone (which was rare), she had her assistant call us immediately to communicate or she texted and returned the call right away. — no matter the time or day.Seriously, Angie is just a really sincere human, an awesome professional, and dang good at her job.We will honestly miss her because we communicated so frequently and she became such a friend to our family through this process.Get her fast!
