Andrew McDonald is very responsive with communication and goes above and beyond to get the backstory of a property so you can offer the best price. He dug through tax records, HOA forms, and land plot records for us without our asking. His background makes him a great source of referrals and building knowledge. I highly recommend Andrew and will use him again for the Canyon Lake area!

Andrew was great. This is a busy season for my company and fitting in real estate inspections can be tricky. To make sure his deal stayed on track he got out to the clients house and dug up the septic lids. This allowed me to quickly get the inspection and job done. I haven’t seen that level of dedication to clients. I would love to work with him again.
