I worked with Whitney Walden on two transactions, first as a buyer where she represented the seller. I knew from our initial offer that we’d get the deal done although there were some hurdles to overcome. Whitney was always honest, fair and a good negotiator. That deal went very smooth and my family and I couldn’t be happier.Based on that experience I knew that Whitney was my top choice for selling my home. I am a farm, ranch, land real estate broker but I am not knowledgeable in residential real estate. That said, I know what to look for in an agent and Whitney checks all the boxes. She handled the sale of our home with professionalism and was always able to help us as small issues arose.If I were selling a home in Lubbock I’d use Whitney again without question.

Tonya Hons with Amy Tapp Realty was awesome to work with. We purchased before we had visited the area and it was so nice to have someone as trustworthy as Tonya who went above and beyond to help us feel confident in our purchase. Since we werent in the area until the time of purchase she made sure that we were always in the loop with the progress, that thorough inspections were completed, and that any issues were resolved. She even shared video footage of the area and gave us a good feel for what it would be like to live in the Lubbock area. We had a lot of questions and she was always patient and pleasant and prompt in addressing these. I could always count on her to get back with me in a timely manner. She not only became our real estate agent, she became our friend and were so grateful we got to work with her.

My family and I relocated to Lubbock from Midland, TX and had to find and buy a home in a period of about a month and a half. Amy Tapp Realty to the rescue!! They found us a house within a week and then put us in touch with an amazing lender that helped us secure financing. There was continuous back and fourth between myself and the seller and Amy Tapp Realty was there for us, guiding us the entire time. Even after the sale they have been amazing!! I still call Amy constantly about anything and everything and that’s a God send seeing as how we are new to the area. I can say with the upmost sincerity that we feel truly blessed to have had Amy and Jennifer representing us in this matter, they went above and beyond at ever turn. The personal attention to our EVERY concern and to EVERY detail was AMAZING, especially in a world where customer service seems nonexistent. My only regret is that we couldn’t use them to sell our home in Midland.

As a first time homebuyer I shopped around a bit a realtors, then I found Amy and Jennifer. These two were fantastic helping us find a new home. They worked though any request we made from virtual meeting to letting me drag my grandmother to home visits. They answered all my questions and helped out immediately when we needed them. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and I couldnt recommend them more to anyone in search for a home in the Lubbock area. If I could give them 6 stars, I would, because they truly did a fantastic job.Update:2022-Due to a job change had to sell the home they helped us purchase. Amy/Jennifer were once again fantastic! I decided to sell my home right before COVID-19 started in Lubbock Texas. Jennifer and Amy both were very helpful. Jennifer and Amy both understood that I work in the medical field and I had rules to follow from my employer to help keep our community safe. I know times when we were in lock down seemed hard and at one point I had lost all hope in selling my home but, Jennifer and Amy were so helpful and kept me update on what the housing market was doing and how they were going to be moving forward.I sold my house and both Jennifer and Amy made it so easy. Amy Tapp is the greatest realtor in the history of the world! In all seriousness, Ive ben working with Amy for about 5 years now. Im an out of state investor so my realtor is the one of the most important people in my life. After doing 6-7 transactions with Amy now, I will NEVER leave her. At this point, I trust her to see a property, advise me on its investment quality, and help me submit an offer (all while never setting foot in the home). She has helped us through a 1031 exchange and ill be enlisting her help on a purchase using my self directed IRA. these are all complicated and I wouldnt trust it with anyone else. Amy hires the best people, she works with the best lenders/contractors, title folks, inspectors, etc. She is patient and kind but will negotiate on your behalf to the same degree and tenacity that you, yourself would. If you think about it, im trusting Amy to spend our money and to spend it wisely with the greatest return! I could go on and on. Highly recommend!

They were there for our every need, worked hard to help us list the house, show the house continually, answer any questions we may have, and most importantly we had a contract on the house in a little over a week!
