I am so grateful to have found Amy Jacobs when I stepped in to help my son with his move to Texas for his first job since getting his engineering degree. We had just come back from a big whole family trip to NYC and he got the offer off of a job in Texas. He and Thea both came down with a bad case of COVID from the trip, just as they needed to be packing for the move from Reno and finding a place to live. I was dispatched to Frisco to look for a house. His start date was rapidly approaching and there was so much to do, and no place to land once he reached his new job. That’s when our guardian angels led me to Amy. I’m only half kidding. She was a godsend. I googled area realtors who could help with relocation and found her profile. She seemed perfect. I think she could hear the desperation in my voice when I messaged her, and she called me back within a few hours. She stepped in, assured me we could make this happen, and in our very limited time frame. She took note of everything they really wanted, and we spent two days finding the perfect place. That’s when it became clear what a real treasure she is. She helped them navigate the entire process long distance, including taking video and photos, dealing with the paperwork, and walking them through scheduling utility hookups. She has literally become a family legend, and we are so grateful for all she has done for our family.

We were referred Amy by a close friend back in February 2022. Weve been working with her since, she did a fantastic job finding us different communities to look into and homes to look at. Amy has tons of connections in the DFW area and if it wasnt for her I wouldnt be sitting in my new home right now.As a first time home buyer communication was super important to me. One thing I really like about Amy was that she always answered all my questions and responded quickly to any issues we had with our lender and builder. She did an amazing job guiding us through the entire process from going under contract to the closing table. She made sure we understood everything and asked the tough question to the builder.We had some issues with our lender and we ended up switching lenders. Amy did a great job here communicating to both lenders and to our builder to make sure we had all the documentation needed to change our contract.Once we got ready for inspection she made sure our builder was aware of things that needed to be fix such as windows, driveway, walls, etc. We had one wall that was really bad and Amy made sure we got this wall fixed. This what separates Amy from other real estate agents is that she cares about her clients and their home. She made sure the builders listen to our concerns, if she wasnt with us Im 100% Dr Horton would have ignored our request.Moving on to closing, we had multiple changes in our closing towards the end. Amy did an amazing job staying on top communicating with all the individuals needed to make sure our closing date does not move again.My wife and I are extremely thankful and happy we went with Amy Jacobs. If I ever buy another property I will definitely be working with her again. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to get to a closing table.

It’s amazing to be able to write a 5 star review when it is totally well deserved. This is the case regarding my experience with Amy Jacobs. I was in need of more specialized help when I decided to relocate from another state. I had already tried using 3 other real estate agents who just were not well versed enough in the Ins and outs of trying to buy a home when you reside in a different state. To add to the difficulty, I was on a tight timeframe and in a market that was shifting like crazy but was still largely a sellers market. I found Amy to not only be more than knowledgeable and competent, but she was also so personable and easy to work with. Amy took the time to listen to and respect my needs and preferences. Additionally, because she is experienced as a relocation specialist, she was able to customize the experience and understood the unique roadblocks that often arose and always took the time to strategize with me in order to come up with a good plan to overcome the challenges. My view of her is that Amy does not shy away from challenging circumstances. She is smart, caring, uses creative thinking to come up with out of the box solutions and at every turn, demonstrated that she was going to bat for me to negotiate the best deal. She was always quick to respond and also made sure to inform me about areas where I could seek special incentives. Oh, I should also mention that I had a couple of must haves that were not easy to come by. Ultimately, Amy helped me find a home that met my must haves and then some. Even though the deal has already been done, Amy has stayed in touch to make sure everything is still going well. And if all of that is not enough, on top of all that, she is just a very lively, spirited, optimistic and overall nice person. I’m so glad I found Amy and I recommend her highly and without reservation.

Amy put in so much effort to sell my place. The appraisers had issues getting comparable properties and Amy worked to show value that the appraisers originally were not finding. The buyers financing fell through and she worked to find them a new mortgage lender that was willing to work with them so that the deal didn’t fall through. The closing still happened in 30 days. She worked so hard to get the house sold. No other agent would work this hard to sell a property!

I could give easily 10 stars. Amy helped me went I move into US, and she basically knows DFW area like her palms. She knows where to look for the best homes. But not also she lloks at homes, but she helped me with my SSN super quick, she gave me tips and tricks for my first CC, she helped me with insurance, she has super good contacts that will help you to figure it out. Other than that, she is a very good freind that you can meet at Central Market for a nice coffee. I trust her in a good way and she has been always there for me when I have any doubts.
