The relationship we still have with her even after closing, has always felt like a partnership because of how attentive and personable she is throughout the professional relationship. Amy was the absolute best! We reached out to her months before our projected move-out day and instead of setting us up for an MLS house search like most realtors out there, she was honest and told us that we reached out to early. She could have pushed us towards a quicker timeline to get paid faster, but instead she gave us information and guided us towards a timeline that worked best for our move-out date. Once the month she suggested came around, we reached out and she moved quickly to get us the sellers disclosure on the houses that we were interested in. She went above and beyond once she sent us the sellers disclosures by giving us her years experience based opinions on whether or not the house was a good property to even consider looking at it in person. For example one house came from a remodel company who according to her, they put lipstick on a pig, meaning they were known to make the house look pretty but the main issues in the house were not taken care of. We had found a house that we called our #1 choice, but it went off market by the time we had sent it to Amy. Luckily, the house came back on market one late afternoon, and as soon as we saw that, we told Amy, and she set up the appointment for us to go look at it the next day. We looked at the house, the disclosure came clean, and we decided to place an offer. Amy again, went above and beyond and called the sellers agent to get pointers as to how competitive we would need to be on the offer. In less than 24hrs, the house had multiple offers, so Amy guided us on a strategy to get the house without over paying and without waving our rights. We got our #1 choice house, we got to do all inspections, we even got a new roof and got to pick out the color of the shingles- all thanks to Amys super quick wit hustle attitude. Overall, super impressed and highly recommend.

Amy is quite simply the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my life. Over and over I try to call a real estate agent and they dont answer their phone, Amy does. If she cant she shoots you a text and tells you when shell call you back. Thats a big start in the right direction. It gets better from there. I have bought properties all over the country and never dealt with anyone with the helpful and follow up skills Amy has. She not only helped me find the perfect property, she went there and did a video tour for me, thoroughly examined the property and gave me great feedback. Its definitely a sellers market right now but she was able to make me a home owner on the 1st offer we submitted. I ask her for lender options and we were able to get a lender and close in a month. Update 12/2020:Amy is truly an expert of her trade! As first-time home sellers, it was reassuring that she was extremely knowledgeable about the market as a whole. She was able to offer individualized guidance that would help us to best sell and market our home. Amy advocated for us through the entire process, from ensuring potential buyers followed COVID protocols to keep our family safe, to ensuring the sellers of our new home followed through on our contract. She’s not afraid to fight for what is right, and is like the sweetest little bulldog you’ve ever met!We had not one, but TWO buyers back out, and Amy never lost hope! She stayed positive, supportive, and encouraging through it all, and never complained when we had to jump through what seemed like a dozen hoops to make things work. Ive since had the pleasure of working with Amy so I HAD to write a review of her too!REVIEW of AMY ALLEN:I became acquainted with Amy in 2018 while working with her partner on purchasing an investment property. At one point, Amy had to fill in during an email communication with the title company; I remember her prompt response and her solid advocacy for me. Fast forward to Jul 2020, my agent (Amy’s business partner) is no longer in the area so I called Amy because I was so impressed with Wes Green, I figured anyone he worked with would have to be just a good. I was not disappointed! Like 2 years ago, I closed on a property 35 days after I called Amy (10 days of which was waiting for the title and lender 😉). As you can see, I’m a fast worker and I need to work with people on the same page as me. Amy is both a seller’s and buyer’s agent, so she knows how to get you the best deal on either side. If I had to do it again, I’m honestly not sure that I would, given how stressful it was, but I was glad to have Wes helping me through the process. Best agent I have ever worked with. I have bought more than 10 houses in my lifetime both personal and rental. Never had and agent who worked harder or was more professional. I would text after midnight thinking I would get a response in the morning 15 minutes later I would get a text. I found Wes through a USAA referral. At first I thought I wanted to live in Oak Cliff so we looked at a bunch of houses over the course of a couple of weeks. Made offers on a couple. I set the price and terms of the offers with no pressure from Wes. He knew I was offering on the low side which I was comfortable with. Needless to say the offers and counters were not accepted.Then I threw in a curve ball and wanted to look at houses in Fort Worth. I know... Im being demanding lolWe found one in Fairmount that is perfect for me. I again offered low but this time they accepted! We had a few bumps with the sellers and Wes was a really valuable consultant and partner through it all.I ended up getting a stellar deal according to Wes, the inspector, the bank, and the appraisal. I recommend anyone using a VA loan to go with Wes, I couldn’t have asked for a better, well educated realtor than Wes, he can really work some magic. Just to give you all a little background on our rollercoaster ride with the closing of our house and how Wes made this all well worth it. We contacted Wes 1 month into being new to the Fort Worth area ( no friends or family to guide us) We were first time home buyers, no knowledge on how purchasing a home worked. Wes took his time explained everything to us in a way we could understand and guided us into what to do next. He showed us all around fort worth, answered all questions and gave us suggestions. When we found the house we fell in love with, there was some issues with the city and the seller on the closing date, they kept pushing the date.
