In this market it is not hard selling a home, but buying is a different story. Amie Pravel had a game plan for every house I wanted to put an offer on. Unfortunately, a lot of them passed me over, not because of the contract, but because you just can’t compete with cash offers. Amie was very positive and reassuring, she found us the perfect house with everything we wanted. I definitely recommend Amie for buying or selling a home, she will not disappoint.

In 2021 Amie Pravel helped us to purchase a second home in Texas ! Our time searching and looking at homes was limited because we do presently live out of state ( that will change in the near future ) but Amie made sure she was available to us at our convenience and made sure we found a wonderful retirement home ! She stayed on top of all the paperwork and made sure that we closed on time ! Here we are in 2024 and she always remembers the Anniversary of our purchase , if we need advise or help finding someone to help us with an issue she is still there for us ! When we started looking for a house to buy, I knew right away that I wanted Amie Pravel as our realtor. We had very specific wants and preferred to buy a home, with acreage, in Spring, Texas near our current home. After searching high and low outside our area, the prefect home came on the market right smack in the middle of our preferred location. Amie was able to get a showing the very day we asked for one and we were suddenly in the mix of 9 offers. We were out of state at a college visit and had to put together our best offer. I know that if we didnt have Amie fighting for us, we would not have been the winning offer. She guided as through the entire process from the vision to closing on our forever home.
