My wife and I were looking for our next place to call home for our growing family. Ambrose was the listing agent on a home that caught our eye so I decided to just pick up the phone and call him. He responded promptly and showed us the home that same day. Our offer was accepted and we were thrilled. Throughout days/weeks that led up to closing, Ambrose could not have been more accommodating in answering our questions. He made the process so smooth and easy. My wife and I couldnt be happier using Ambrose to find our house in Dallas. He got a good idea for what we were looking for after the first house we asked him to show us. Ambrose took the things we discussed and created search criteria into the online database to help identify homes to look at. Sometimes we would request to see homes with little notice or in the evenings and Ambrose was more than accommodating.When we found the house we wanted to make an offer on, he helped us with the offer and worked hard through negotiations to help us win the deal. There were several questions we had after the inspection report and Ambrose worked to get answers and provided clarifying context. He followed up with us every step of the way to see if we had questions or to see how things were going with financing.
