Amanda is an incredible real estate agent. From the moment that we met her, she was as genuine and as knowledgable as can be. She helped us work through meaty challenges in preparing our home such as what were must do and nice to do items. From the very beginning, she helped us understand our options at every step of the way. She even made herself available to help us clean up and stage the house for viewings. Amanda was extremely communicative throughout the process which was very important to us -- we needed to be able to get in touch and ask all of our silly and not silly questions and get answers back quickly. Finally, Amanda is just a pleasure to interact with and be around. I could not recommend someone more.

If I could give 100 stars, I would! Amanda was such a joy to work with, and so helpful! For a quick backstory: We sold our first home back in 1995, and we had a very bad experience with a shady real estate agent. Times were different back then, we didnt have adequate experience or knowledge about selling, and the agent took advantage of us. Twenty years later, we decided to sell our current home and move from Texas to the northeast. We contacted Amanda at Coldwell, and I was a bit apprehensive because of our previous bad experience selling our old home 20 years before. But Amanda was amazing from day one! She gave us some great tips for prepping and staging our home, and even after we closed, she came over and helped us pack on moving day (it was a very large two-story house).When we first listed our home, the real estate market in our area suddenly turned difficult, but she was so patient and even sacrified her weekends with more than one Open House showing to promote our listing. She found us a buyer during one of those showings, and gave us a lot of valuable advice that made the sale a huge success. I highly recommend Amanda as your agent, call her TODAY!!

Amanda has become so much more than just our realtor, she is now a very dear friend. Our close friends referred us to her, and we are so so thankful they did! Amanda has been so incredibly caring, thoughtful, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. We just purchased our first home and throughout the process we had TONS of questions that she was always more than willing to answer. She answered many questions that we wouldn’t have even thought to ask on our own. She always had our best interest at heart and always gave her honest opinions and advice. There was never any pressure on us to make an offer even though we searched for several months. For each home that we looked at, she was detail-oriented and would always point out everything she noticed. We truly enjoyed our house hunting days spent with Amanda! Amanda was an excellent realtor throughout the whole process of selling our property.From the very first meeting she was very professional, patiently took extreme care in making sure we understood everything in detail, and was super responsive to any questions we raised at any time.Amanda took care of everything and constantly kept us informed. Amanda is the best realtor in the DFW area!! Not only is she an amazing human being but also passionate about finding you the right property. She is fully committed to ensure you are satisfy with the purchase, I visited so many properties until I was fully satisfied and even there she asked me if I felt satisfy before moving towards the purchase. She is great at analyzing the market to make sure you get the best deal. It has been couple of years since then, and she has assisted me with seeing other properties. The first few years she also followed up with me to ensure I was aware of the city tax exemptions and paperwork I was receiving. No doubt I will 100% use her services in any future purchase.
