I am a first time home buyer, and Amanda made the experience easy and stress free. She guided us through every step of the home buying process, and gave recommendations for insurers, lenders, and inspectors. The one time we strayed from one of her recommendations, we ended up regretting and going with her recommendation in the long run. She understood what we were looking for and worked around our schedules to show us homes. She is very precessional yet friendly, and I still ask her questions to this day, 5 months after closing. If you are looking for a home, you want Amanda as your realtor.

First, I want to thank Amanda for making this experience a great one. I highly recommend her for any of your realty needs. Amanda is a consummate expert. She addresses each issue with precise methods to remove the obstacle from your path. Her knowledge is vast, her approach is that of a logistician. Her positive nature tends to melt away anxiety. Each recommendation was sound and kept me from making mistakes. The lenders she suggested were fantastic. Gateway Mortgage was a pleasure to work with. Alamo Title was very diligent in their execution of the process. Amanda responded to texts and answered phone calls days, evenings and weekends. I chose one of the building inspectors she suggested. He did a great job identifying issues. Amanda then sought specialized experts to more closely examine and quote potential repairs. We looked at several homes prior to the final choice. Amanda showed the houses while working around both of our work schedules, made offers on a few and the contract on the house we purchased was made within a day of the house listing. The communication with the listing agent and lender was exemplary. We were kept informed from beginning to end. The clear to close came in 18 days which was a record for her. Three days later, we took possession of our house. My 2 year old baby girl was running around in the new house laughing and very happy. My family and I are grateful for the blessing of owning this house which Amanda brokered on our behalf.

I can say that I have found very few real estate professionals who approach their business with the level of integrity and knowledge that Amanda brings to the table. She genuinely cares about her clients, works tirelessly to create the best possible outcome for them whether they are selling, buying or investing in real estate.
