Amalavita Realty has been there for us on several occasions when we need it most and I wont hesitate to return. I first had the pleasure of Mrs. Mathis expert assistance when my family purchased our first home and we were fortunate enough to have been recently able to do so yet again.I really cant speak highly enough of the service weve consistently received...if you need a quality realtor and/or property manager, give Amalavita Realty a call and see the difference for yourself; ask for Durenda. My family has used Amalavita Realty on two different occasions. Once for the building and buying process of our first home nearly 5 years ago and the second time here recently with the sale of our first house and building/ buying process of our newest home. On both accounts, we worked with Durenda and wouldnt have it any other way. She was always available day and night to help with any questions or concerns we had. She made our home buying and selling experiences smooth and painless. (Much different than expected when hearing any of the horror stories sometimes associated with this process!) I highly recommend Durenda and Amalivita Realty. Great people, great service, and a great experience for me and my family.

We had to do everything remotely because I was stationed in NY at the time of trying to purchase my new home in TX. With so much going on trying to get ready to move Mrs. Mathias went out of her way to make sure everything was done, and we knew what was going on. I have heard so many horror stories about buying a home for the first time. I definitely do not have one thanks to Amalavita Realty. I cant thank them enough and I highly recommend if yourre looking for a home!!! Thank you!!!

Durenda was very helpful with my home for rent search. She always kept me uo to date on the status of the home, and if applications were already submitted. She was a available when I needed her, and always answered when I called! Very professional, and accommodating to my requests! Durenda was a Godsend. We had a unique situation and she was able to get us into a rental that worked out great. Easy to work with, took the time to listen AND to explain, and put in the miles and hours to deliver. Most importantly, she was COMMUNICATIVE! Easy to reach and always responded in a timely manner, which is not the case with many realtors. Highly recommended!
