We originally reached out to Alvin about 5 or more years ago to just get information on the home buying process, and he shared a lot of good information, but we weren’t ready at the time. Since then, Alvin has consistently reached out to us to check in and see if there is anything that we had questions about. After years of reaching out, we were finally ready in fall of 2024. We closed on our home 2/18/25. I dont even know where to start with our realtor, Alvin. We are first time home buyers and had no idea of what to expect or what we should be doing. We love that right away Alvin took time to set up a consultation and not only explained the process thoroughly, but also just held a casual conversation and asked questions to get to know us personally. Alvin, was very straight forward during this process, which we greatly appreciated. He did everything he could to exceed our expectations. I dont even know his hours of operation because he called and text us at different hours to make sure we knew all communication that was being sent. When we did our blue tape walk through Alvin was right there taping, asking questions, and walking through with us. It took a year for our home to finish being built and Alvin made sure he called us at least once a week every week just to make sure we didnt have any questions. Alvin, we appreciate you more than you could ever know. You were the glue that held is together. I was referred to Alvin not realizing I needed a realtor for a new build. Glad I did because he was asking questions and informing me on info I didn’t realize and this wasn’t my first home purchase. He was firm on getting me the best interest rate after they tried to raise it .03%, which makes a huge difference in savings over 30 years ($15k). He recommended inspectors and just checked on me even after I signed the dotted line and moved in. He helped me take pictures during my final walk through and made me aware of spots I missed to tell the builder to correct before I moved in. The best thing about working with Alvin is when I called or texted, Alvin would reply within 10 minutes or less!! Never left a question unanswered. Communication is the biggest priority to me.
