I am not sure where to begin. 1. There is a night and day difference in the quality of your life when you choose a good realtor. Its the difference between stress and excitement. 2. Annie Bright is the best there is. Hands down. No questions asked. There is no better advocate, expert, or well connected person in this industry. She has been doing this in Austin for decades and knows the best in the business - Im talkin plumbers, painters, inspectors, brokers, lenders, home insurance, home warranty providers, lawn service providers, washer and dryer services. She is NEVER pushy but always has the right person for the job. Everything we needed she provided. I cannot stress this enough - EVERYTHING. Our inspector said we needed to get an expert plumber in to check the pipes, Annie had an EXPERT there the next day. When we got bad news about the pipes, she negotiated the seller to cover all closing costs to ensure we had enough funds to repair the pipes. This is just the tip of the iceberg. She connected us with our broker who has to be the best in the city because she was so accommodating and covered a lot of fees others dont. 3. Annie Bright is VIBES galore! She is responsive, fun, insightful, and has the best eye! You can definitely tell she was raised by an architect and that her empathy knows no bounds - she understands her clients in a way that ENSURES finding the right house. She is fun, high energy, and a good time! We loved getting to hang with her when viewing properties. 4. We got the house of our dreams because of Annie. We put in an offer and got rejected. Annie told us that it was her job to move forward and find a house that would make us forget the one we loved - we never forgot it though, and guess what - neither did Annie!! Turns out, she was keeping contact with the sellers realtor and as soon as the house hit 30 days, had us submit another offer. Since she was already working with the realtor and in constant communication, we got the house! We closed yesterday and just chose paint colors for the walls! 5. Look no further! I dont even know where to begin with Kerry. She helped us find our first home under extreme stress. I was 8 months along on a high risk pregnancy and my husband worked very long hours including some weekends. We liked Kerry as soon as we met her. She was personable, made us feel at ease, and most importantly, she knew the area and the business very well.While hunting for our potential home, we never once felt pushed or misguided. She even advised us to avoid certain homes after looking at the condition. When we did find our house, she advised us so well on how to beat other offers, our offer got accepted right away! That was a huge relief because looking for homes while being 8 months pregnant was not easy. Even during the inspection/ negotiation process, we felt that she had our back and she took care of everything from matters big and small.As other reviewers have mentioned here on Yelp, she is very responsive and always answers no later than half an hour. I ended up giving birth 4 weeks earlier than expected and even then she stayed in touch, asking about my labor and our baby girl. We closed on our house right before and moved in after Thanksgiving! Thank you Kerry for being such a wonderful realtor! And thank you for the gift for our baby. We recommend Kerry to anyone whos worried or stressed out about homebuying/ selling. Kerry is the best realtor weve ever used. Weve moved 6 times in 18 years and she blew everyone else out of the water. I had no idea what wed been missing! For our property sold in March 2016, we initially had a realtor that didnt work out and decided to interview several other realtors. She was so professional, truthful, passionate, and empathetic to our circumstance right from the start. She kept us informed all along the way, got us a fantastic photographer, showed us what to tidy up in the yard and in the house, provided us a showing report so we knew how many times our property had been shown and who had been there. We had a few small things that needed to be tended to and she hooked us up with an amazing handyman. Every single step was communicated in advance and updates were given along the way...everything from the MLS listing, signs in our yard, to any potential buyers. Her attention to detail and problem solving mindset got our house sold in just a couple of weeks. It had already been on the market with the other realtor for a couple of months! She is a good advisor, no question goes unanswered, and most importantly, listens to her clients (us!) to create an experience beneficial for all involved. Jef Hahl is amazing! He guided us through the process of buying and selling to make it as seamless as it can be. In the crazy market we are in, he made sure we had our financing in order before we ever walked into a house so we were in the best position to put in an offer when we found the right house.He has us complete our wants/needs before we went out.
