BEST AGENT EVER. Beth recently helped us buy a house in the Atlanta area, and it was by far the best experience weve had working with a real estate agent. Her excellent reputation is well deserved!Finding our house was no easy task - we had to sell a house prior to buying, we were buying from out of state, and inventory was very low. She offered sound advice throughout, with constant, clear communication. Although I know she was juggling multiple clients at the time, she always made us feel like we were her top priority! The market was high and we were worried about overpaying (especially since we were out of state), so Beths detailed knowledge of the local market conditions was critical.She guided us through various issues (Radon mitigation system installation, HVAC repairs, repairs required from termite/moisture inspection, VA loan inspection, difficult title company, etc), and got us to an on-time closing when the deck was stacked against us!
