My wife and I recently moved to Fort Worth from out of state and were interested in the local housing market. Alise is great! She helped us with the purchase and sale of our first Texas home, and now the purchase of our second. She was extra helpful as we moved here from MN and didnt know any of the DFW area. She was always available to view homes on short notice. Alise made extra effort to understand us, and exactly what we were looking for in our new home. Were we ever to move again, Alise would be the only realtor on our list.

Alise is very knowledgeable and professional. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. When I was looking for a house, she met with us on evenings and weekends to view houses and would have an itinerary of houses to show for the day. She made sure to find houses that fit our budget and preferences. She is very intuitive and understands clients anxiety and working with new home buyers. When it came to new construction, she knew how to brief us on what upgrades would make sense to get and which ones we would be better off doing with a subcontractor later. She has a no-nonsense approach and is not afraid to go to bat for her clients. She is thorough and makes sure mew builders follow through on their promises and holds your hand every step of the way. She will go to bat for you and always looks out for your best interest. Working with her was easy. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. Working with her was like asking a friend for advice. I would highly recommend her. She made the process easy.
