Alicia represented us during our move from CA to TX. She is professional, patient, friendly, and was always willing to go the extra mile to help us with this transition. Because we were moving from another state, Alicia represented us several times when we could not be present: for example, she attended our inspection and final walk thru for us. We whole-heartedly trust Alicia, and are grateful she made this big transition so seamless for us. I would recommend her to anyone moving to TX from out of state, or anyone moving in general.

I cannot speak more highly of Alicia. Before we selected her, she stayed in communication to answer questions and offer services, but was not pushy about choosing her. This was the first home my wife and I have purchased and she made the process so simple, despite all of the home buying horror stories there are from other people. Alicia drove all over the metroplex showing us homes, never once showing any ounce of irritation or complaints. She was always prepared with any and all the information needed. I, honestly, cannot speak more highly of her. If you are searching for an honest, hard working agent that loves what they do, please please please do yourself a favor and do business with this company and Alicia. I promise you will not regret it. We will definitely be using her for any future real estate business.

First off, I am certain that Google wont allow me enough characters to type the kind of review i WANT to type. I met Alicia through her husband who i used to work with and my husband and I were SO blessed to know her. First off, the thing that led me to reach out to her was she is so helpful, but not pushy. I am the type of person who will turn down a wonderful company/person if they harass me to buy their product or bother me non-stop. Alicia would periodically reach out and offer her assistance, but she was so respectful of our timeline. At first we were not ready to buy, then over the course of several months we got really serious and she was with us every single step of the way.Not only was Alicia so patient, but she extended so much grace. Shes the type of person you can just tell they are so passionate about what they do, because she always made us feel heard.My husband and I both work shift work and Alicia adapted her schedule to accommodate ours and she must really love us because we drug her halfway across the metroplex multiple times to look at properties over an hour and a half away from one another.She walked with us hand in hand, rooting for us and supporting us through the entire process and as first time home buyers she literally made it so easy. My husband and I talk about our home buying process and tell people how incredibly easy it was. There was no horror story, Alicia literally made it so easy. We have been in our home for about a month now and Alicia still reaches out to offer assistance, help answer questions we may have and extend her knowledge in areas that we are not familiar with. Buying a home is a lot of information thrown at you at once and she has time and time again extended grace and offered her expertise without hesitation.God absolutely was in our home buying story and i wish i could take the credit for picking Alicia, but God hand picked her for us in this season. He knew we needed her. He knew what he was doing when he placed her in our lives and because of his perfect plan we are in the exact home we prayed for and over months before even being serious about home buying.If i could offer any advice for someone reading these reviews would be to use her. Dont hesitate, dont think about it, just contact her. You absolutely would be doing yourself a favor. I will send all the business her way i possibly can, because the way she blessed my husband and I, I want to be able to bless her family ten fold. There are some people you do business with and you go about your life, and there are some people you meet in life and you just know they are meant to stay, shes that for us. Alicia is the most patient person I could have hoped for to help us buy a house.When I first reached out to Alicia, she was eager to meet me at whatever step I was at in the home-buying process. Truth be told, I wasn’t ready so I gave up on looking for a bit. A whole year later, I reached out to Alicia again, this time saying my husband wanted to move QUICKLY, and Alicia took it seriously. Alicia made herself incredibly accessible to us, set up a list of houses to see that weekend, hooked us up with a GREAT broker, and put in an offer before the weekend was up.My husband had bought a house before but I had no experience.
