Alicia’s knowledge, experience and personality made her an absolute joy to work with. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and Alicia was always extremely responsive and did a great job of keeping me informed. Alicia worked tirelessly and patiently to negotiate the purchase of my new home even when the other agent made it very difficult. Likewise, she made selling my old house a smooth and easy experience.

Alicia has now helped me buy two homes and sell two homes. She’s very honest with feedback and pricing, which helps sell houses quickly. Both houses she’s helped me sell have sold in one weekend, even the most recent in a declining housing market, because she does a lot of pre-marketing with other clients and agents. She’s very responsive when dealing with other parties, such as the title company or the other agent, and is a good advocate for her clients. She also put together information for the appraiser to provide property value data. I will definitely use Alicia again for my buying/selling needs.

Alicia had been a tremendous job helping me buy and sell several homes over the past few years. She knows the market and the right prices for buying and selling. Shes on top of the details and doesnt let me forget small details. Shes also great a staging a home for buyers. Shes the only real estate agent I would call if I need one in the future.

We began our home search from out of state. Alicia was very patient with us, and was very helpful via phone and email before meeting us in person. On short notice, she made herself available for two days when we took a quick house hunting trip to TX. It took a couple of months to find the right house, and Alicia always made herself available, which was important in this market where everything sells quickly. Once we found a house, she provided comps and spent a lot of time negotiating on our behalf on price, inspection repairs, and closing details. There were some issues along the way on the seller side, and Alicia was quick to work through them on our behalf. We highly recommend Alicia.

Her real strong suit is knowing when to be aggressive with her opponent and when to be deferential and humble-- when to kill them with kindness. All of it is calculated to get the best possible outcome for her client. Shes a great realtor and I would definitely work with her again!

Alicia was great! We are first time home buyers and were super overwhelmed with the whole process in the beginning. We looked at a couple houses on our own and met some pretty pushy realtors who we felt were just trying to make a sale and not really take the time to have a conversation with us. Alicia took the time to talk to us and answered any questions we had. I also loved how she gave her honest opinion on a home. She asked questions for us that I didnt think to ask and even showed us things that we didnt even think about. . We were super impressed with the amount of knowledge Alicia has and are so happy we made the decision to work with her. We cannot thank her enough!
