He was readily available to call, text, or email throughout the day which was great because we werent restricted to one form of communication. His expertise in the field really helped us to trust him to take care of our property and we knew he was someone who would use his knowledge to help us receive the best value for our transaction. Ali was very organized and communicate very well on timely manner. His response time was very quick and provided solutions for every question I had.He was always on time, every I called him at 7pm he came to meet me around 7:30 pm.He is a very good problem solver. No realtor work like him. I had realtors in past but Ali was very good to solve all my questions and that saved me a lot of time.When ever I had a question he had the answer for it.He is the best negotiator and talked to all the parties very well. From selling my house to buy a new house. He is very knowledgeable and gave me all the numbers before I sold my house. that was exactly the same amount I have got. Most realtors dont tell the sellers that they will get this much money and then they ended up with their clients at the time of closing with some arguments. But Ali explained every thing before we went for closing that is how much I will get after all the deductions and that was the best thing he does with his clients.Ali also provided his contacts to me for buying my new house, from Mortgage to Insurance he has an amazing team and they will make your buying experience very smooth and satisfactorily. He even provided contractors to furnished a room in our house and he personally stay there with them.In our both selling and buying transactions, he was available to support us for any thing.
