We met Alexa by chance at dinner one night, and discussed selling our home. She came by the next day and took pics and notes and left us a list of suggestions to improve our odds of selling. We ended up not putting the house on the market then, but kept in touch over the next three years.We followed her suggestions on staging, improvements, maintenance, and rounded up supporting documents. I was continually impressed with her willingness to help, advise, strategize, and her depth of knowledge and experience.We listed much higher than most other comparable houses in a difficult market area with the idea of selling in 4-6 months. We were under contract in approximately 45 days with a full price offer!! In large part due to her prep suggestions, marketing, and AMAZING pictures. Her negotiating skills and contract drafting savvy were invaluable. Seriously…. She’s a hard-working real estate wizard and you want her on your side!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a great experience working with Alexa! I had to find a home in two weeks because I was supposed to move. She was very helpful through out the whole process. She showed me homes, sent me all the information regarding every home I inquired about, even after business hours! 6pm-12am! Wow Thats dedication! I was so close to applying for one! In the end, I decided to renew my lease for another 6 months. I have to say, she had a lot of patience with me! It wasn’t a waste of time. I got the chance to meet an amazing person! I will definitely be contacting her again 2 months before the end of my lease so we have some extra time to look for the perfect home. I HIGHLY recommend Alexa! #1 realtor in the state of Texas 👏🏽
