I have worked with a dozen+ real estate agents over the past 30 years. Alex is the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and ethical realtor I have ever known. The small condo in Lubbock, Texas which he sold for us turned out to be a very timing consuming project. Some other agents might have passed it on, due to the relatively low commission. However, Alex took care of every detail from preparing and explaining the documents, to dealing with unusual HOA restrictions, to overseeing the remodeling of the unit, to handling unexpected situations etc. so carefully, skillfully, thoroughly, and promptly! My experience tells me that he truly cares about all his clients, regardless of the size of the transaction, and always does his best to help his clients solve even the most unusual problems. I just wish all realtors were like Alex!

Today we got the keys and walked into our new home. This is a warm and beautiful home, the layout and decoration of the rooms are ideal, and more importantly, it has a very ideal yard with beautiful scenery. In the current market where housing is so scarce and competition is so fierce, we were able to buy such an ideal house very quickly (and we live in a city about five hours drive from this place,) and we did not come over to view the house, ( Alex showed us a video of the house a few times before we decided to buy it. Let us have such confidence and decision. We have an agent Alex who is very dedicated and capable. (This is the second house he helped us buy.) First of all, he provided us with a wealth of housing information, and secondly, he did everything accurately and quickly, and did everything right in one step. Whats even more rare is that even if it is not within the scope of his work, as long as the customer has a need, he will promptly respond to the problem and solve it. What moved us even more was that in February 2021, when the winter storm hit Texas, his house also had water and power outages, but he was still worrying about every big and small thing about buying a house for us.
