Team Rodgers, Alex and Kacy.We relocated to the DFW area and soon after made the decision to purchase a home.Did we hit the jackpot? YES, twice; first by finding the Dynamic Duo, Alex and Kacy! Then comes a home that can rival anything on the market.If I could give this team a 10, know that it would be so. We cant recommend Alex + Kacy highly enough! We just purchased our second home and have been represented by Alex + Kacy both times. The first time, they made us aware of a perfect target the day before it hit the market (during the white hot 2020 market when you had to bid immediately and over ask), which was HUGE. This time, they helped us find exactly what we were looking for as our second home, patiently touring us through different parts of town until we landed on the perfect area/home, and then helping us navigate through some tough negotiations. Now were are in the process of selling our first home with them - very excited to work with them on the sell side!

From the very start they were so helpful and provided us with answers to our questions, with a deep understanding of the real estate market in Dallas, and with the assurance that we would find our perfect home. 30 days later we closed on our home and just moved in!I can’t emphasize how important it is to surround yourself with the right experts to make this transition both easy and enjoyable.
