He helped us find our dream home near The Woodlands, TX! We were moving from another state and he did thorough research for us at every step! Even after buying house he was keeping us updated on the progress of our house which was going through final stages of construction. Couldn’t have asked for better agent! Ajay is a Realtor who is very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. My wife and I used him when we sold our existing home and bought our new construction home. The level of service Ajay provided was exceptional. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer our questions and if he did not know the answer at that time, he would find out and get back to us. Ajay literally took our hands and guided us through each step in the process of buying a new construction home. From picking the lot, contract negotiations, explaining the benefits and value of a certain selection of the upgrades for both the interior and exterior options at the design center, negotiating free upgrades, and much more.
