Jeremy was excellent! He was very quick about reviewing my apartment needs, and providing a variety of apartments within my budget. He has excellent communication, and was very thorough in securing me a great special on an apartment I signed a 2 year lease for. He set aside time to tour each apartment complex with me, and never left my side at each tour. He even asked questions I didn’t think to ask! We liked each of the three properties, and Curtis was a personable and knowledgeable guide. Wonderful staff, best experience with Ms. Rebecca, I loved the property Wolf creek condos. I lived in condos for almost 2.5 years and I recommend that property, make sure you go and see right person. Ms Gabi was really helpful after we moved out. Cleaning staff will never show you a courtesy if you have forgot to empty the drawer, they will not really inform you and trash it out from the house. Make sure when you leave the place, dont forget to takeout all of your stuff. I gave a 4 stars because of cleaners after I moved out.

I have lived at a couple of properties with this company, and I have had my ups and downs. The first property I lived at was not a good experience, the apt was not in the condition it should of been in when moving in, staff undermined us (I believe bc we were young students), we left the apt better than received and they took our full 1300+ deposit, maintenance was not the best, and ect.Although I have had some not so great experiences, I have also had good experiences.While living at Falcon Point Condos, the maintenance team has been great, and my overall experience has been a lot better. I want to give a big shout out to Jack. He is super kind, and always responds to maintenance requests SUPER fast. I havent experienced a better maintenance guy.Also, Curtis helped out a lot in finding my next townhome. He is super nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward. His help made the search a lot less stressful.

I own multiple rentals in College Station. I switched to Aggieland Apartment Finders (AAF) a few months ago after a management change at my previous property manager led to a significant decline in the quality of their work. I have been delighted with AAF. Theyre very responsive, they follow-up on open issues, theyre on top of maintenance, and they appear to establish excellent relationships with tenants...which has resulted in 100% on-time collection of rent. Their owner statements are accurate and easy to read. I highly recommend AAF. I wish I had switched to them long ago!

Have been renting our house for 3 years now. We have had very few issues here. Found termite damage in the master bedroom a while back and AAF quickly got in contact with the owner for us and we had a termite treatment within a week. Great location for a reasonable price. Our only complaint is how far in advance we have to renew our lease. We are asked to sign the renewal in November for the following year starting in July. Not sure if that’s determined on a property-by-property basis or if it’s standard for this area given that it’s a college town. Regardless, we like it here and don’t have plans to leave until we are ready to buy our own home.

I ended up signing a lease on my first choice and I didnt even have to pay rent for the first month because JereJene had a note from the owner. Very good experience.

I would recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase or rent a home.We interacted with Curtis Davis. He was professional, personable and highly responsive. He supplied us with a list of homes to pursue under our specific criteria. We ultimately chose a home not under the management of AAF, but Curtis still gave us ample attention to secure the lease. We now have a home secured that we could not be more happy with.Curtis effort first made a positive impression on us because the majority of our inquiries into other properties listed on Zillow were either ignored or responded to with a generic response. I found the entire dynamic even more telling of the quality of service that AAF provides after finding out much later in the process that Curtis Davis was the owner and operator of AAF. This surprised me due to his level of focus in confirming a residence fit our interests despite his reduced incentivization. I consider this a testament to both the character of Curtis Davis and the ethics of his organization.If I am in search for a home to purchase or rent in the BCS area, Aggieland Apartment Finders will be my first choice.

As a Freshman at TAMU, I didnt know very much about the properties in the area but after attending a housing fair and giving my number to Aggie land Apartment Finders, I was able to find a great place to live. The day after housing fair I received a text from one of the realtors named Alberto Bautista. He was willing to help with everything and found apartments that were exactly what I wanted and in my price range. Since my roommates and I dont have vehicles at the moment, Alberto offered to pick us up and drive us to all the different apartments for free. He was very respectful and knew a lot about the properties in the area. In the end, we found a safe, affordable place to live. I am more than happy to recommend Aggie land Apartment Finders to anyone seeking to live in College Station.

I was having a lot of trouble compiling and searching through all of the various housing options in College Station, when I heard about Aggieland Apartment Finders. After around 10 minutes, Josh was able to get us a list of apartments that fit most, if not all of my specifications. Josh also drove us (my sister was with me) back to my apartment for convienence since we walked there.After that, a few days later Josh actually drove us to each of these complexes, and even spoke to some of the leasing agents for us about what we needed and any special deals we may get for the rooms. He spent several hours driving us and showing us all of the apartments that met our criteria.On top of that, once we found the new apartment we wanted to stay at (which we most likely never would have known about without Josh), Josh also helped find someone to take over the lease at my current apartment complex (I was currently having to switch to a larger apartment since I now need another room; however, I already had a lease agreement with another complex for 1 room so I was trying to find a subleaser).Simply put, Aggieland Apartment Finders and Josh did an outstanding job, and went well above and beyond to help my sister and I find a new place. Not once did I even have to ask for any of it; all of the extra work Josh put in was offered by him. You can get all of this for the low low price of free.
