If I was to write all of the things I loved about our house hunting journey with Jessica, I would run out of room to type. Jessica made every house we went into feel like a whole new journey. We searched up and down, and Jessica made countless drives out of town to help us find our first home. Not only was Jessica there to help us choose our home, but she helped calm the nerves when things got stressful, she helped reassure and stand up for us, and never let us question any gut feelings we had. Jessica believed in us just as much as we believed in her. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through this process. We are so excited to see that Jessica Childers has spearheaded her own Real Estate firm! Excellence needs a place to happen!We first met Jessica at an open house while preparing to relocate to Fort Worth. Our actual search started a month later, but we knew who our agent would be…period!We had two days to find a house when we flew down. And she devoted her entire weekend to serving us at a level most could only wish for. As such, she helped us find, offer, purchase and close on the perfect home for our needs (while we were still out of state). Job well done!Fast forward to when we needed to sell that home and relocate again. Jessica stepped right up and made us feel like the most important people in the world. Where to begin…I honestly can not say enough good things about Amy. Initially we were impressed with her knowledge. Knowledge of the area, the comps, the paperwork, the whole process. When I sat down to write this review, I had a very tough time knowing where to even start! First, I 10/10 recommend Jessica as a real estate agent, whether buying or selling a home. I could not say more wonderful things about her. Jessica earns every amazing adjective there is to describe someone being in your corner during the home buying process. It was my first time buying a home on my own, I’m extremely high maintenance and picky, and I have commitment issues (so I was a realtor’s dream client, obviously). I went through 3-4 different contracts on different homes in different places over the course of months before finally coming down to 1! Each and every step of the way, Jessica was there, in my corner. She became a friend to me through this entire process. She was and is professional, courteous, relentlessly hard work-working, kind, compassionate, patient, encouraging, realistic, and so many more wonderful things. Jessica never once got frustrated with me when I was stubborn or impatient, or when I changed my mind. Instead she zealously had my back and best interests at heart. I trust her with everything.
