Serendipity is what I would call my experience working with Adrian. After several visits on my own to the Katy area I found it very difficult to narrow down all of the options that were available. On a chance visit touring a few properties with my sister, Adrian introduced himself and asked if we needed any help. After giving him everything I was looking for we quickly toured houses from two different builders. Two hours later I found “my home”. 24 days later I closed on my house.Adrian made the experience of buying my first home very smooth. He provided me with all of the resources I would need to get me prepared prior to closing and what I would need for my move in. He called to follow up and would answer right away whenever I reached out. Upon closing, he literally rolled out the gold carpet to my house to celebrate! He has even reached out to see how things are going now that I am settled in.It is very rare today to find someone that goes-above-and-beyond the way that Adrian does, so I could not be happier to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a true professional that will look out for your best interest. Adrian went above and beyond with us, without him we would have been truly lost. He advocated for us and ensured we had our first home, after years of searching for a home and working with different individuals he helped us get a home and close in a month! A true professional in his field, we were so blessed to have found him.
