I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan Hand at BKCO when buying my first home and the experience surpassed all my expectations. Not only was Jonathan incredibly friendly, informed and responsive, but he consistently went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He always took the time to ensure I understood every step along the way, which was so important to me, and I kid you not, once I purchased the property he even went to my new home and mowed the lawn (front & back) before my move-in date to ensure I didnt violate the HOA code. It has been two years since I purchased my home and Jonathan still helps me with any questions I have relating to the home, whether it be recommending a trustworthy contractor or a fun spot to in the area to grab a bite to eat. Joseph Madrid was the perfect realtor to help us with our journey into the real estate market.
