I had an excellent experience working with Bailey while searching for my home. She promptly returned my call by requesting information about several listings I had found online and we scheduled a viewing the following day. She was knowledgeable about the listings she showed me. When it came to paperwork, she was clear in what was required and followed up quickly to emails I sent and was prompt to answer any calls. Everything went so smoothly. Throughout the whole process, Bailey was very helpful, warm and thoughtful. We had the pleasure of working with rubi, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She understood exactly what we where looking for, she worked around our schedule and we took our children with us they would always be excited to know we where about to meet with ruby. She was great at negotiating! We received a great deal for home 😌 and it was a process took a while but she was always on it. If I where to need services again I would definitely be calling ruby once more.

Bailey Scherr represented me in my first land purchase. I feel like Ms. Scherr really went above and beyond, searching for my property, including thorough details about all properties we looked at. She always worked diligently and went back and forth in negotiations to get me the best deal possible. I would highly recommend her as a realtor at any level of property dealings. She has her clients best interests at heart and it really showed! I definitely will be using her again in the future!
